This is a true hole-in-the-wall two-year-old Mexican restaurant with delicious food and cocktails.

If I could give more stars, I would. Tonight I happened to be in the mood for quesabirria so I scoured Google until I stumbled upon this incredible establishment. Do yourself a favor and go here. Linda, an absolute gem of a woman, was our server and it’s a smaller restaurant so she seemed to be taking on all of the front of house responsibilities and she provided one of the most pleasant dining experiences I’ve had in a very long time. Don’t even get me started on the kitchen. COMPLIMENTS TO THE CHEF! We added the Guatemalan chorizo (MADE IN HOUSE BY THE WAY) to our queso. I would eat this by myself with a spoon like a tub of ice cream. It was that good. I of course got the quesabirria and the rest of the table got basic beef tacos and carne adobada. The salsa and other complimentary sauces were so good, I have to assume they all were also made in house. The Salsa de Chile de arbol was my favorite. Especially with the chorizo queso! We didn’t even realize that it was happy hour While we were there so two of us got margaritas and one got a beer. They have a very good happy hour! Very good prices for the quality of food that we received. This is our first time here and we really enjoyed everything about this experience so we will be back to try more of this amazing menu! I will try to save room for dessert next time!

If I could write a worse review, I would. I ordered takeout and put in the specialty section, NO MEAT. They called me to confirm that no meat should be added to my order. My order arrived full of meat. This is a no and I will tell every single person who asks me that it is a hard no. The beans, the sauce, the main entree, full of pork. I’ve never eaten meat since I was little. It taste and smells disgusting to me. When I say no meat, I mean no meat.

This place has incredible food. It’s off the Main Street but very worth the excursion. Enchiladas and Burrito were both great. The free salsa was amazing and the right amount of spicy

I always complained about Denver not having good Mexican food but I think my search is over. Their salsa for the chips, the 3 salsas (green/red/habañero), the excellent service, and of course the food was incredible. It's obvious they try hard to maintain a high level of quality in their food and take pride in the restaurant -- like, every salsa they provided (for free!) was well seasoned, distinct, and flavorful. Only got to try their breakfast burritos, smothered and not, and their birria consomme but will be back to try the rest of their menu! Wish I took a pic of the burritos but once we started we didn't stop until it was gone.

BEST quesabirria I have ever had in my life!
It was perfectly balanced and not overly salty. The combination of crunchiness, melted cheese, and tender meat was shockingly good! Make sure to try the nacho and salsa. On top of that, the staff were sweet and helpful, which made the whole experience better!

Ordered food at 6:50 pm. Ordered Carne Asada tacos.Waited, waited, waited, and waited. An hour and forty minutes passed at their food truck. I go to check order and not only is my food not ready but they ran out of the food I ordered. After getting my order something I did not want, they shut their truck down. I was not the last person to order food. Unacceptable service. I understand if you’re busy, but completely understand and not ready for a crowd. I do not recommend.
