The best quesabirria I’ve had in Denver by far! The consome is so flavorful and I like the open kitchen where you can watch your food being made. I can’t wait to go back for breakfast burritos
the chicken al carbon and the steak al carbon tacos tastes like they’re grilled completely bare, no seasoning whatsoever. you need all the onion, cilantro and jalapeño for flavor.
that being said, it tastes fresh, and the produce (onion, cilantro, radish, jalapeño) tastes great. so the meat, which is what you’re paying for, is the only think lacking in my opinion.

Tacos were delicious! Best pastor and carnitas I’ve had in a while. I actually liked them more than the steak which is rare for me! Great special Tuesday and Friday $1.5 tacos. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. If we weren’t from out of town would be here often!
