We had a fantastic experience at Tacos el Huequito! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent. We have struggled to find Mexican cuisine we like here in CO, but this place serves some of the best authentic Mexican food hands down. Highly recommend! Our server, Luis was so patient with us as first timers and provided an amazing experience throughout our meal!

It was my first time here, was a great experience I oder the red cheese enchiladas and they were delicious! The service was great and they are so nice!

Worst enchiladas in Denver for sure. Worst service too, when we told her that we didn’t like them she got offended and was rude because she makes them. Like geeez you’re a business and it’s criticism so get over it and fix your bad food. Oh yeah they say authentic but put tomatoes on the tacos, what a joke.

I got cheese enchiladas and something didn’t taste right, my husband tried them and said something was really off and had a really bad taste. I asked about them and the lady serving us brushed us off annoyed and then I finally flagged her down and said I’m sorry I can’t eat this can I just get a side of beans and we got into an argument because she said “I make this sauce myself how do you think I feel about this?” How I truly feel is I’m a paying customer that truly was trying to tell you that the food I was spending money on that I came into eat was not good and I couldn’t eat it. The chips and salsa were great along with the tacos my husband got but she actually started an argument and got angry with me. I didn’t ask her to take it off my bill or anything I just told her I couldn’t eat it and I would like an extra side of beans to eat before we closed out and she was highly offended. She made mine and my husbands blood boil and literally was the rudest person I have ever encountered in this industry and I’ve been in this industry myself for over a decade. We truly didn’t want anything just to get an extra side of freaking beans before we closed out since I was still hungry.
