Ordered on UberEats on September 30th wanting to pickup at the Aurora store. Realized only the University stored did UberEats and immediately cancelled my order. UberEats wouldn't refund my order since the store accepted the order. Called the store and was told they would cancel it and refund me. The call to cancel the order was within a minute of cancelling on Uber. The cancelling on UberEats was within a minute of confirming the order. Never got the refund. Called the store 3 times to talk to the Manager and the manager was never in, but would be left with a message to call me back. I never got a call back. Needless to say, I'll avoid both El Metate restaurants in the future.

Nice, fresh breakfast burritos loaded with higher quality ingredients. You can actually taste all of the different ingredients they don't blend together like most breakfast burritos Nice selection of sauces to go. Will be back to try tacos!

Everything about my visit to this place was excellent. The camaron tacos and the Oreo churros are the best that I have ever had. The service was also excellent. Definitely recommend to people who want Mexican food without breaking the bank.

Wanted to give this place a try since the one is aurora is horrible! I mean HORRIBLE. My goodness, what is up with the food industry nobody like to work any more or put effort in food. Same recipes as the other and just as bad. Must be fake reviews.

Driving cross-country for work, I try lots of new spots and am usually pretty disappointed. This spot however was quite different, with a great atmosphere and customer service, paired with flavorful food at a low price was refreshing.
After ordering and sitting down, almost every table has a little ring-toss game to pass the time til food comes (<5mins) Highly recommended spot!
Carne Asada Fries, Pastor Tacos, and Lengua Burrito were all delicious. Definitely gonna be my "Go To" mexican spot in Denver.

Every time I go I ask for no cilantro and they always get my order correct even though pretty much everything vomes with it. The prices are already good but their 2-6 happy hour is even better with 2 tacos and a beer/drink for less than 10 dollars. I love the avocado salsa, shrimp tacos, and spiked tamarind Jarritos?
