I’ve been here twice, both times the food was delicious and the service friendly. The Margarita was very good as well. On my favorite list for sure. 😊

Unforgettable Flavor + Experience – Tacos Jalisco, Colorado

If you’re looking for authentic flavor, warm hospitality, and a full experience worth remembering, look no further than Tacos Jalisco. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re met with the kind of atmosphere that feels both welcoming and vibrant—perfect for casual dinners, group gatherings, or even a solo bite.

Let’s start with the food: every dish that came out of the kitchen was fresh, bold, and made with obvious love. Whether you're craving classic tacos, enchiladas, or something a bit more adventurous, the menu offers a wide range of options that are sure to satisfy. The seasoning was spot on, the textures were perfect, and the portions left nothing to be desired.

The drinks? Just as impressive. Cocktails are well-crafted, and if you're a margarita fan, you're in the right place. Everything was served quickly and with care—the kind of attention that makes you feel like a valued guest, not just a customer.

If you're not dining in, don’t worry—takeout is available and still delivers the same quality and attention to detail. Perfect if you want to bring a little bit of that magic home with you.

Whether you're a Colorado local or just visiting, this is one of those spots that sticks with you long after the meal is over. It's the kind of place you tell your friends about—and then bring them with you the next time.

Tacos Jalisco isn't just a restaurant. It's an experience. And one that's absolutely worth having. Just remember, if it’s great, we be at it!

Food is solid, margaritas are huge, service is always prompt and friendly. Sure, it can be a bit more expensive than your average strip mall Mexican restaurant, but this is not an average strip mall Mexican restaurant. This place slaps.

Great service! Six different varieties of salsas and gigantic margaritas. Perfect.

Don’t act like you’re some black tie white tablecloth place overcharging me and my friend for 3 margaritas. $57? Really? And the first two were half the size of the third one. Absolute ripoff!
The prices not being listed and being charged for the larger one three times instead of the two smaller ones wasn’t addressed and is brought up in several other reviews so it’s clearly your problem. Please don’t put my friend in any danger by naming her, especially when I give you the two star review. I could give one based on such an irresponsible and inconsiderate reply! Honestly how unnecessary and lacking in any accountability or professionalism. ANYWAY BROOKLYNS AIN’T SO BAD EVERYONE and it’s a short skip away!
Parking situation is decent for the area.

Walked in during posted hours of operation, table still sitting in the dining room. I asked if they were still open because I was getting interesting looks, and they first said yes, then a woman in the background started speaking in Spanish and the man offered to go, then the woman retracted that offer and said we are closed. All I would ask is that the posted hours on the digital and changeable sign up front and the hours posted on Google be reflected correctly as I traveled out of my way to find a place to eat at 9pm.

Food was subpar/standard nothing special. Service not great. They don’t serve rice and beans with alot of their combos and plates which is disappointing. The burrito was the best thing out of what I had.
Shredded chicken burrito- 7.5/10
Chips and salsa- 8/10
Enchilada chicken- 7/10
Chicken taco- 5/10

I would never eat here again simply because the staff was unbelievably rude. We walked in and were ignored for a good 5 minutes. Multiple staff walked by us and looked right at us and never even said hello. Straight up ignored. There was no one in the restaurant. It was like they wanted us to leave.

It took 45 minutes to get our food and our server told us two more minutes three different times 20 minutes before we got our food. She just lied right to our faces three times. We didn’t even ask. After the third time, it felt like she was doing it on purpose. And they weren’t even busy. There was one other table seated. The whole time it just felt uncomfortable and weird like they really didn’t want us there and I have no idea why.

Food was ok. Not bad, but nothing worth coming back for, especially not worth being treated like that.

The food is delicious, the atmosphere inside the restaurant is nice and inviting. The inside of the restaurant is quite good. Different from other Mexican restaurants. Looks classy and classy. The food menu is quite diverse and the prices are reasonable. It doesn't feel so expensive that you can't afford it. And it may be cheaper or the same price as other stores. The food turned out quite well. Not too small, not too big. The quantity is modest compared to the price. The salsa here has 6 sauces to choose from. Flavors range from mild to intensely spicy. Overall it is considered usable. And it was quite good. The day I came to eat it was in the afternoon. So there may not be any customers yet. We were the first table that afternoon. But after that, people kept coming into the shop. The overall summary is It is considered worth the price spent.

My friend from Boulder suggested this spot because it’s one of the few places in the area that offers hard shell tacos. Unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. The food is canned and mediocre, which was acceptable when prices were low, but that’s no longer the case.

A major issue was the unclear drink pricing. The menu didn’t list prices for alcohol, so we ordered skinny margaritas with silver tequila, served in large glasses that turned out to be mostly ice and water with just one shot of tequila. To our surprise, we were charged $17.50 per margarita. When we raised this with the manager, she admitted the prices weren’t on the menu and said she’d bring it up with the owner. She also claimed the margaritas were 16 ounces—which they were, but mostly of ice and water with one shot of blanco tequila.

As someone who has lived in the neighborhood for 10 years, I can confidently say this place has always been below average. In the past, the low prices made it tolerable, but now the pricing is unjustifiable. Other upscale spots in the area offer far superior margaritas with better tequila, better food, and a better atmosphere—all for less.
