The reviews said this place was great. And we were not disappointed. The tacos were absolutely delicious and the staff were kind. Would absolutely eat here again if I didn’t live so far away. But if they ever decide to open a truck in KC, MO, I’d be the first customer.

This taco truck is an absolute gem! The food was amazing, full of flavor and cooked to perfection. Portion sizes were generous, and the prices are more than fair for what you get. What really stood out was the owner. Super friendly, clearly passionate about his business, and genuinely cares about his customers. You can feel the pride in every bite. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the area!

A great little taco truck with nice owners. We stopped after getting our car at the airport and the tacos, quesadillas and Torta were all excellent. The 4.9 stars are well deserved.

The best tacos we try in CO 👍 we try different locations and they were not good as Tacos Sarabia. We when for my daughter’s soccer tournament to CO and we decided to go for a taco tour around the city. They were so good that we had to go back the next day.
The tripita was perfect crispy and crunchy, not over cooked and flavorful. Pastor was good and juicy and without pineapple, some taquerias put more pineapple than meat. Bistec was simple not to much seasonings just simple beef. The tortillas were not the typical mission or from the bag stores.
The owner was kid making us feel like a real taqueria in Mexico.
The only thing they may need to change is the fresh onion and cilantro it look like it was there for a while or mixed together make the cilantro wet.
