My mom and sister have been talking about this food truck for a few months, but we have not been able to go because it is only open Friday through Sunday. After all the anticipation, I finally tried it, and I am happy to say all the hype was justified. In a city with good tacos, these are great tacos! In particular, the carne asada and tripa dorada tacos would feel at home on any street in Mexico City. And the street corn is also delicious. If you are in the Denver area, Tacos...
Probably one of the most flavorful steak burritos I’ve ever had, even without salsa. The elote is also a must get. Absolutely fantastic food and worth stopping by. I wish the surrounding area felt more safe, though.
