My family went Japan this past spring. They said this restaurant had a great atmosphere and was set up much like what they experienced in Japan. The food was fabulous!

One of my new favorite spots in Denver! Amazing service, authentic and well done Japanese dishes as well as affordable quality fish/sushi and entrees. I’ve been here every week since I discovered them! 10/10 highly recommend!

Food here is spectacular. The sushi is some of the freshest in town, and the cuts & presentation are special. There is usually just one chef and one waitress (I think maybe a husband and wife team, but I'm not sure), so don't expect it to be lightning fast. That said, it's worth the wait. Don't sleep on the vegetables. We got the garlic broccoli last time we were there and, despite it seeming to be very simple, it was once of the best dishes I have ever had. There are also some really interesting traditional style sushi that is unlike anything I've had at other local establishments. This is our go-to neighborhood spot when we don't feel like trucking across town to Sushi Den. Highly recommend 10/10.

My kids love the gyoza, tempura, and inari/tamago nigiris too!

Food was not great. Ordered 2 ramens, small portions, gyoza which was on the soggy side, sushi rolls.

The service was horrible, the waitress was so rude, she yelled at us, I didn’t even enjoy or feel comfortable there, I will never come back

First time at Yuki Ramen + Sushi and it did not disappoint! We started with the pork gyoza
crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, absolutely delicious. The Blue Crab Crispy Roll was fresh and perfectly balanced, one of the best rolls I’ve had in Denver. For ramen, I tried the Akayuki and it was incredible rich broth, handmade noodles, and the flavors came together beautifully. On top of that, the service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere felt cozy but elevated. Definitely a new favorite spot for both sushi and ramen!

This is one of the best secret sushi spots in Denver. The two house special rolls that are starred on the menu are stupid good. Also loved the eggplant aburi and seared squid. The fact that the ramen is excellent is just icing on top.

Solid sushi spot if you're not wanting to spend too much. Good quality fish for the price! I liked the aburi and the black cod a lot, however, the donburi eel bowl was underwhelming which was a slight bummer.

The place has a great atmosphere and aesthetic but the service is inconsistent, at best. I have gone on miltiple occasions and the staff come off rude and unwelcoming, as if I was an inconvenience to an empty restaurant. Every time I have gone, the place is empty but the service is soo slow. Expect to wait 15min+ before being able to order (in an empty restaurant). Customer service aside, food use to be decent, I say use to because I was served raw Karaage chicken that were rushed. I ordered them first but got my ramen first, the ramen was cold and the karaage was raw, and it took forever when I was the only one there!!! What happened? Tourist trap? Probably. I eat crap food like most but I draw the line at raw chicken.

One of the best bowls of ramen I've ever had - Kuroyuki. The key is the attention to detail creating the pork bone broth, the hand made noodles, and the rest of the fresh ingredients. It's delicious.

We also ordered some rolls, the Chicken Katsu Curry Rice, Shumai, Shrimp Gyoza, and Ahi Tuna Tsuke Don all delicious, all high quality. This is becoming my favorite sushi place in a hurry.

Based on the reviews I read, I was excited to try this place, but unfortunately, our experience did not live up to my expectations. Our server took 15 minutes to attend to us after seating, served us water, and then made us wait an additional 20 minutes to take our order. She took our orders without a notepad or tablet, which seemed unusual, especially with a party of 11. She stopped us mid-order to retrieve a tablet, which was concerning. After taking our order, it took around 30-40 minutes to serve us, and our ramen was not served hot. The noodles were cold, soft, and soggy, while the sushi was decent. Overall, we were not satisfied and would not return.

This place is a straight-up hidden gem 💎🔥 As much as I wanna gatekeep it... they deserve all the love. The Aburi Halo roll? INSANE. Top 3 rolls of my life. The otoro melts like butter and the sushi is so fresh 🐟🍣

Put a few friends on… now they’re hooked too. Don’t sleep on this spot‼️
