Yuki Ramen + Taki Sushi Highland

We went for bowls of Ramen to ease our holiday coughs and make the colder weather easier. Excellent ramen, both regular and spicy tonkatsu. Broth, noodles, pork belly were everything we wanted. Home made gyoza worth the order. We'll be back.

Everything was fantastic! The Fatty Yellow Tail was to die for, the homemade pork dumplings were delicious. I would also HIGHLY recommend the Tonkatsu Spicy Miso Ramen and the Shrimp Tempura Curry Udon! 🍜 This place is a gem!

If you’re lucky enough to have stumbled upon this gem, waste no time and go now. The sushi was phenomenal, some of the best I’ve had - so fresh, and carefully curated. Everything in here is perfectly executed and the ramen was unbelievable, too. I am so thrilled to have found Yuki and that places like this exist in Denver. I look forward to having many meals here in the future.

I like this spot a lot and it’s like tucked in a corner. I’ve had their ramen and Karaage curry and both hit the spot. I like their hours as well cause I did take out with them around late evening. When I get sudden cravings for like Japanese curry, ramen, or whatever is on their menu, I’ll come back for sure.

Came here with my family for an early dinner. I had the spicy creamy ramen and it was very good. My brother had some of the sashimi and said it taste like sushi we had back in Japan. Would definitely come back!

The food is amazing. Gyoza and miso ramen is hard to beat. Also some of my favorite sake I’ve ever had. Usually I like to keep spots like this under the radar but they deserve all the praise they get!
