Food here is spectacular. The sushi is some of the freshest in town, and the cuts & presentation are special. There is usually just one chef and one waitress (I think maybe a husband and wife team, but I'm not sure), so don't expect it to be lightning fast. That said, it's worth the wait. Don't sleep on the vegetables. We got the garlic broccoli last time we were there and, despite it seeming to be very simple, it was once of the best dishes I have ever...

crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, absolutely delicious. The Blue Crab Crispy Roll was fresh and perfectly balanced, one of the best rolls I’ve had in Denver. For ramen, I tried the Akayuki and it was incredible rich broth, handmade noodles, and the flavors came together beautifully. On top of that, the service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere felt cozy...
