I love the tamales from La Casita unfortunately this is the second time I have gotten tamales that were incorrect. We ordered 2 dozen green chile and cheese and ended up with red tamales. Wouldn't be so bad if I lived there but we live up on the western slope. Tamales are not cheap and when you do not get what you ordered it makes it even worse.

It is pretty standard service. Pleasant and really friendly. But you aren't having your tables crumbed. So it is perfect for what you get...which is pretty awesome food.

The smothered bean/chili burrito is very tasty with a nice kick in that chili ?️ ask for extra cheese smothered its delicious.
Parking: Parking can be tight but the restaurant isn’t large but just the right size for people coming and going takeouts are the easiest way to grab and get on down the road. Be prepared to park on the street sometimes.

Drove all the way from Brighton to try the tamales. They were out of red and green tamales with big signs on the door saying so. This was a Monday at 10:30 am. What a waste of time for me.

We were there at 8:30 am. No wait and staff is smiling and attentive. We got breakfast burritos with chorizo and smothered with green chili. (Deluxe). Very delicious! We then ordered a couple dozen green tamales and other food to eat during the day. We live in the mountains and made a special trip down for their food. We’ll probably continue making these trips!
