Update - Got charged twice on a bill of $243.00 and there is “nothing they could do”. They charged us the night that we visited the restaurant and 3 days later. ****

Sat at the bar and the service was okay. I’d never go back for the food. Had the shroom luva burger that is on a “best burger of America list” on a guide that was written in 2019 per an article I found online.

The Chorizo soup made me ill a few hours after having in into the next day.

Really wanted to like this place but combining bad burgers and a 20% charge on top of your bill for service/ food that doesn’t meet standards we won’t be back.

We were unaware of the 20% charge or we would have just went to a nice restaurant.

Waste of money and I feel scammed. We were drinking double vodka sodas that were $25 each and didn’t know. If the food and service were worth $25 drinks I wouldn’t be leaving this review.

Removed the Director’s Cut wrap with no warning. Was the best item on the menu. Also their buffalo sauce is weak.

I've been coming here for a few years and it never disappoints. The happy hour smash burger is really good. I also really like the smoked wings with buffalo sauce. They have a ton of beers on draft. It's a great spot to watch sports. My only minor complaint is that they add 20% service charge to your check. I'd rather be in control of how much I tip. Other than that, I highly recommend this place.

Parking: Validated parking is available in the paid garage next door. Free street parking is available but it can be limited.

I was hoping to become a regular at the place but I am not so sure after my experience tonight.

Our waitress was super awesome, but she (and her colleague who took one drink order) accidentally charged our drinks at full price rather than happy hour price. We got the bill and let her know there was a mistake.

The manager refused to honor the happy hour price and discounted our bill less than half of what should have been discounted. I wanted to speak to the manager but he refused to come to our table. Instead he sent the employee back out to take 100% of the blame.

Major let down from a neighborhood burger joint that I thought would treat their staff and customers better.

My friends and I went here from dinner tonight and honestly…we were so disappointed with everything. It took 15 minutes to get greeted and we had multiple people claim they were our server but never saw them again. No one came to see if our food was tasting good, which I got the Mac and cheese and it tasted off. I took 2 bites and nobody came back to our table to see if I could remove it from the bill or order something else. Our “server” dropped off our drinks and took our order and we never saw her again. No refills, no boxes offered for the other two. Extremely disappointed.

Don’t order takeout here. I was just craving a cheeseburger and decided to try this place out since it was nearby despite the already not great reviews. Burger was just fine but the fries had to have been sitting out for over an hour it was like eating cold cardboard (and I got there as soon as my order was ready). I also never got my sauces even though they charge extra for them. I haven’t dined in so I can’t speak on that experience but take out is definitely not a vibe.

I literally just left this place and I’m so mind blown. My husband and I ordered two burgers, the Steakhouse burger (that was 23 dollars which is a wagyu burger) and the mushroom burger. We ordered a beer and a pretzel as well which were great. Both burgers came out and we were super excited to try and they both came out over done. Well done, like rubber and tasteless. So I pulled our waiter to the side and let him know “Hey, no big deal, but these burgers are over cooked and well done” I let him know hey, we don’t have time to get our burgers remade but I just wanted to bring this to your attention. THIS MAN HAD THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME THEY DO NOT COOK THEIR BURGERS WITH ANY PINK, THEY COME OUT CLOSER TO WELL DONE! 🫢 Then I said, well your menu says ALL BURGERS COME OUT MEDIUM and showed him where it said it. (I told him AND the manager I was going to chalk it up as a bad experience and not say anything, UNTIL he tried to lie to my face) I was shookith at the service we received, being that this was our first and LAST TIME. Then to top it off here comes the MANAGER who also insulted my intelligence, and pretty much gave us 25% off the meal and then told us next time we come in we should confirm with the waiters what temperatures we wanted LMAO WHYYYYY WOULD I DO THAT WHEN THE MENU LITERALLY SAYS MEDIUM IN BOLD BLACK LETTERS?? Do better guys! Also, we know what passive aggression looks like! Thanks!
