I’ve been all over Colorado, but more specifically I explore a bit of Mexican food in Colorado Springs, so by comparison this is easily hands down the best Mexican food I’ve had since I moved to Colorado many years ago.
Giant micheladas, amazing tripas plate. Will definitely be coming here whenever I’m in the area from now on.

I went here for the first time today for lunch with a couple of coworkers. We all ordered the quesabirria tacos and all agreed that they were some of, if not, the best we have ever had. On my next visit, I am going to try the $11 four (4) taco plate + soft drink combination. This is definitely worth giving a try.
