As a covid protocol you and your staff should be wearing masks when serving food. We watched you interact with folks-talking-while unintentionally tainting your own food as it is being served. Covid is an airborne virus that can be passed along through aerosol of saliva. Although you had on gloves to serve, You missed the mark and even lectured someone for touching a plate. Let's make sure we dot all i's and cross all t's.

I’ve just ordered pork ribs, Mac and cheese,coleslaw and potato salad. The Mac abs cheese has vinegar in so it is curdled. The ribs are so dry they are inedible. The potato salad again has so much vinegar in it that it’s not pleasant to eat. I have had been to US and had amazing bbq. This is nothing like American BBQ. Mac and cheese should not be curdled. Don’t waste your money.
