Stopped by Taste of Texas BBQ at the Highlands Street fair, these folks know their way around a smoker. The brisket was juicy with just the right, and the pulled pork didn’t need any sauce (though their house blend is solid). Great vibes, friendly crew, and big portions!

Taste of Texas BBQ catered our wedding and did an amazing job. Not only was the food absolutely delicious. They made the booking with them so easy and went out of their way for us to sample dishes before hand.

AMAZING FOOD! They catered at a wedding I recently worked at and all the guests loved their plates. I got one as well and it was the best dinner I had at a wedding. Plus Bruce and May are so fun and great to work with.
