Unique menu with options for any taste. The food was amazing and the service was seamless. Excellent list of wines by the glass.

Weird radio station music playing in the background. On top of the rather loud acoustics makes for a very disjointed Italian atmosphere. The Ikea-style hard chairs can lead to fanny fatigue from sitting for an entire meal. The service and the staff make it all work.

Once again Tavernetta delivered a memorable evening. From the minute we entered the restaurant we had excellent service. The food was outstanding as always. We were there for the Chianti Classico evening and the set menu was to die for. My husband hates mushrooms and he would have gladly eaten another serving of the pasta with mushrooms. Thanks for a great evening.

One of the best dining experiences we have ever had! Everything was impeccable, from the servers to the ambience, and of course the FOOD! Every single thing we ordered on each course exceeded expectations. The wine list is superb, especially with the help of our sommelier, Sean. We love Frasca their sister restaurant in Boulder, but this may be even better!

Delicious food and beverages for luncheon. Knowledgeable staff assisted with our selections. Partial validation for nearby garage parking.

A perfect experience. This is where I chose to spend my birthday while visiting my old Colorado stomping ground. If Bobby Stuckey is involved, you know the bar will be set high. Every sip and every bite were a mouthwatering experience. The wagyu beef pasta was definitely my favorite dish and it was eaten so quickly we forgot to get a picture. I would highly suggest dining here if you appreciate high quality food escapades.

Amazing experience dinning st the bar with no reservation on a sunday night at Tavernetta. The venison off menu special was super rich and a real treat. The tiramisu was promised to be the best in Denver and it did not disappoint. Tavernetta is a gem, great for fancy dates, special occasions, or a nice dinner with good wine and drinks w friends. Will return 100%.

We had a great time celebrating our anniversary. People were particularly helpful and nice. Our waitress was spectacularly friendly. The food did not disappoint. Delicious! Definitely going back.

Tavernetta is in a great location with a nice atmosphere. Between this and starting off with good appetizers, they were off to a strong start. The ball started to drop once the wait staff started to show how unfamiliar they were with the liquor and liqueur selections. They were also not quick to fix and make up for mistakes when it came to a less than desirable cosmopolitan (avoid). The nail in the coffin was the ravioli dish which they should consider removing from the menu. While the bolognese was good, the ravioli was simply bad. Unfortunately I won’t be back.

My answer when people say Denver doesn’t have good food or hospitality. My ride or die, bday choice, having a rainy day and need a pick me up, treat yourself favorite. It’s too good to gatekeep- get there for HH and go to town. Ask for more tapenade with your burrata and slather it on everything.

If I could leave a 10 out of 5 stars, I would. Every time we come to Denver this is the most important stop. This time it was extra special. Ross, our server was absolutely outstanding. He knew what we wanted even more than we knew ourselves. The way he described the dishes I would have literally eaten a denim jacket if he had suggested it. Connor recommended the perfect wine for our meal. And the MEAL…OMG it was culinary excellence, every. Single. Bite. I literally had to refrain from licking the plate. If I ever had to choose a last meal, it would be at Tavernetta, which is saying a lot because my grandma is an amazing Italian cook. They deserve even more than a Michelin star. Anyone in Denver or Vail who loves delicious food and amazing service do yourself a favor and go to Tavernetta!

This was one of the best dining experience we had in Denver. Truly the food was amazing with many subtleties in the flavors of each dish. The decor was clean and understated and the service was friendly and prompt. Alex our server was very knowledgeable and truly enjoyed working there and appreciated the quality of the food served. This place truly deserves being in the Michelin Guide.
