TBD Foods- Personal Chef and Catering

We had such a wonderful experience with TBD Foods — everything from the initial phone call all the way through to the clean up after our meal. The chef and bartender were lovely, and the food was SO delicious. Can’t recommend these folks enough!

TBD Foods was very easy to work with in planning and executing a baby shower brunch buffet. They offered many food options, and everything we had was delicious and presented beautifully. We appreciated the attention to detail, professional service and quality of the food. I would highly recommend and would definitely use again next time I am looking for a caterer or private chef!

As a wedding planner/coordinator, I recommended TBD Foods to come up to the mountains for a party of 30. They accommodated all of the special food requirements, made everything fresh (in an outdoor kitchen), treated every guest like they were the star of the show, and presented every part of the meal in a beautiful fashion. I look forward to working with them again - at festivals, weddings, private parties, etc. - and can't wait to try their restaurant for a brunch date.

TBD foods is very responsive and really easy to work with. They provided catering for a house party where we served light appetizers. Food is delicious and Holly is wonderful to work with.

The food, the presentation and service were wonderful and made for a spectacular evening. If you are looking for an in-home private chef experience in the intimacy of your own home, I could not recommend TBD more highly.

My family had TBD Foods cater our holiday party this year and the entire experience was outstanding. We had equal amounts of adults and children and the menu Holly prepared for us was loved by all of us. Plus, Terrance & Ryan provided exceptional service throughout the meal. This year we rented out the entire restaurant for our annual company Christmas party.

The staff was friendly and fun. The entire experience was charming. The food was chef inspired with unique flavors. Each course was brought out family style one course at a time. The portions were small which allowed us to eat multiple courses without getting too full.

The craft cocktails and cocktails were absolutely amazing just like the food!

Wow, we had the BEST experience hosting an intimate dinner at Sullivan Scrap Kitchen. Holly was a joy to work with - so responsive and accommodating, even with late changes and varied dietary restrictions. The food was delicious and so thoughtfully sourced and prepared. We love their mission! The service was top-notch and we felt welcome and comfortable in the space. Best of all, we got great feedback from our out-of-town guests. Thank you, thank you, Holly + team!

We used TBD Foods to cater our micro-wedding in September and had an AMAZING experience. Holly answered all our questions (we had a lot) leading up to the big day and her team provided such high quality food and service at the wedding (we had vegans, gluten-free, etc. and everyone was cared for). Our wedding took place at an Airbnb in the mountains and we changed the timeline last minute because of the weather and TBD accommodated us and it was soooo appreciated. We also ordered brunch through them for the next day and everyone said the burritos were the best they've had. Holly also helped us with our tablescape and really made the whole experience so magical for us! Highly recommend!

TBD foods was absolutely excellent for our holiday party. Holly made setting the menu (all locally sourced!) easy and there were great choices. When it came event time, our rentals showed up on time the day before without our having to do anything. The staff for our evening were gracious, helpful, cheery and knowledgeable. And the best part - the food was spectacular! Our guests raved about it all night, and as this was our first time with TBD, we were so relieved and grateful. Thank you team at TBD - will for sure be contacting you for 2025!

Was a great little spot for brunch. I imagine that they get very busy when there are events and later in the morning. They opened early enough that we were able to beat the lunch brunch crowd. I had the breakfast burger and everything about that was amazing, the home fries were great to go with that. They totally botched the sourdough pancake though. I got it first underdone in the middle and send it back, then they tried again and burnt it while trying to get it done. Seems like whoever was running the kitchen didn't really know how to make this kind of pancake work with their griddle or pan. Lower heat, more time next time. :D Otherwise it was good enough I'd give it another shot.

The food was delicious! Their brunch menu was extensive and affordable, and their French press coffee was only $4!

Went for brunch on a Friday. One friend had the lamb sandwich and enjoyed it. Another had the eggs and toast. We all loved the bacon.

Our first time here and what a wonderful dinng experience! A gem of a spot. Food was truly amazing with a perfectly curated and local sourced selections! Drinks were fantastic a day spot was so cozy, we cannot wait to come back and try more dishes (and save room for more desserts!) Definitely a must try spot we highly recommend!
