We enjoyed brunch on a recent Sunday. It is a small restaurant with limited seating. Cool ambiance/laid back vibe - intimate. Open Th-Sunday only. Recommend making reservations. Food and drinks were very good. Offer wine & beer and an extensive mocktail menu! I had sourdough pancake with whip cream/apples/miso caramel sauce. Dishes/Entrees are creative and specific to season. Use local products/meat. Everything organic and everything was delicious! Our server was Samantha - we especially liked her patience describing various entrees. She was simply delightful and added to the relaxed ambiance of the restaurant. All the staff were wonderful - attentive, friendly and provided very good service. A place where you feel the staff is happy to see you. This is a gem of a restaurant committed to using local seasonal products. Check it out!

I'll preface this review by saying that I have high standards- I'm an accomplished cook myself and I lived in NYC for ten years. That being said, when I pay a professional to cook for me and my guests, I expect a certain level of presentation and taste. The pictures on the website did not match up to my experience with TBD. The bread for the avocado toast was sliced unevenly, mostly thin, and the avocado on top was very spare. The pancakes were cold and the server forgot the whipped cream in the fridge until after everyone ate. The roasted vegetables were limp and soggy and piled all together into a bowl without any garnish. The meringues for the pavlova were browned and lumpish and the whipped cream was weird and marshmallowy, with just a single berry on top- no one ate them and this was the dish I was looking forward to serving the most since most people hadn't had one before. I requested fresh juice for my mimosa bar and got bottled. The food was ready twenty minutes past when I requested. Both the chef and the server had the sniffles, which grosses me out if you're touching my food. They piled all my fine china in the dish washer without asking me first if it was safe to do so. After all that, they just laideverything on my counter to dry after hand washing instead of hand drying everything, which felt unfinished and unprofessional. After all those complaints, I do appreciate that I didn't have to do the work of cooking and cleaning. Being rather pregnant, I don't think that I could have, though a large part of me wishes I would have. All that to say, if you're looking for a casual, home-cooking style type of catering, this isn't a bad option. However, if you're looking for a polished, professional type of experience with higher quality food and presentation, I would look elsewhere.

First visit for us two couples during Denver restaurant week: excellent menu choices and meal presentation. Cocktails were interesting. We will return in the coming weeks. Check out the desserts!!

Flavorful food, beautifully presented by enthusiastic, friendly staff. The restaurant's mission is what got me there, the food and experience will get me back frequently. Highly recommend!

Delightful ambience and delicious fresh inventive food. We had the lamb and both salmon plates, a vegetable plate & gnocchi. All excellent - superb gnocchi! Relaxed garden like decor. Staff thoughtful & efficient. All this plus admirable ethics!

My favorite restaurant in Denver since moving here from NYC. They pay attention to every detail. Service is friendly and capable. We always bring out of towners here. The fried mushroom and waffles (sounds weird but it is outrageously delicious) is my favorite meal in Denver.

Oh my goodness what an interesting explosion of flavors. My friend and I picked 2 entrees and a plate of benieges to share. Holy cow it was amazing. The fried mushrooms on a blue corn waffle was the most creative and delicious thing I have ever eaten. I had the About Figgin Thyme cocktail and can't to come back and have another. This place is a can't miss!

The sourdough pancakes here are my favorite brunch item in all of Denver. I make everyone come here with me to experience them, especially with the toasted meringue. And the lamb sausage?! Amazing.

Our first time visiting Sullivan Scrap Kitchen. Enjoyed the cocktails (dry January) and right-sized dinner servings. The servers/staff were very helpful with explaining the menu and making recommendations. I had the Riverbed smoked trout plate - Yum!! We'll definitely be back.

Mushroom risotto was my favorite of the 4 plates. The brisket was good but a tad dry. I didn't love most of the spreads with the sourdough picnic and the bread to spread ratio was off, not enough bread. Overall I very much appreciate this restaurant.

Food was excellent. It was out first time here for brunch and we had the vegetable hash and the breakfast burrito. Service was a bit slow, which isn't a big deal if you're having a nice relaxing brunch, but I do wish the drink order would have come a bit faster. Overall great choice though!

We loved our visit to Sullivan's Scrap Kitchen! We had a Friday night date night here. It wasn't super crowded, only 4-5 other parties were there. The cocktails and mocktails were so tasty, and the food did not disappoint! It was also fun that we could see inside the kitchen while dining. We got the bruschetta, sage gnocchi, carbonara with lamb sausage, miso glazed trout, and beignets for dessert. Everything was amazing and we finished every last bite! A bit pricey but worth it. Thank you Sullivan's!

We hired TBD for a Christmas dinner party in our home. The entire experience was wonderful. Holly helped us plan the perfect assortment of food for our meal. Chef Terence is professional and friendly and made himself right at home in our kitchen. The food was outstanding. Having TBD cater made for such a relaxing night for us as hosts. Will definitely use TBD again.

Amazing experience! Enjoyed the casual atmosphere and was blown away by the delicious and beautiful dishes. Chef(s) made the Journey tasting menu vegetarian (eggs, dairy, fish) for us and had amazing cocktail/wine pairing. Excellent service. We stayed from 430p-9p, and I was shocked to see some open seats. I will definitely be returning.
