Had a wonderful first experience here. I was craving Boba and googled something close by and happened to be near Colorado Tea station. My plan was to stop in quickly but was quickly taken by the friendliness and general atmosphere. My partner and I grabbed our books from the car and decided to stay a while.

I have been going to Colorado Tea Station since they opened in 2020. In fact, I went twice this week but, today will be my last day! The owner Lancey is incredibly rude and lacks patience for her customers. Despite me coming for years, she has been very passive aggressive lately and today took the cake. I asked her employee to add extra sweetness in mine and my friends drink because they were bland. Her employee was happy to help up until she intervened rudely and said “I was the one who made your drink and I did put sweetener”. After arguing with me, I decide I didn’t want my drink fixed if it met being disrespected and treated like an inconvenience. So, I threw my drink away on the way out.Once I left the establishment I decided to call Lacey on the phone and explain why I felt she has been rude to a loyal customer. However it instead turned into her screaming at me and telling she didn’t have the patience because she has working a 12 hour day and then prooced to tell me her family troubles and that I don’t need to come to the establishment anymore. WHICH I GLADLY WILL NOT PUT MONEY IN A COMPANY WHO DOESNT VALUE CUSOTMER AND CANNOT ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR WRONG DOINGS! There is plenty boba shops in Colorado that I can put my money towards who won’t yell at me.

The atmosphere is so cute and inviting. Perfect for a social outing with friends, a date, or a solo boba trip. They offer a ton of flavors and options for their drinks. My favorite is the Lychee Green Tea. Easily one of the best boba places in Denver.

I was excites to come to this place, but will not be returning. I walked in, the cashier disappeared as soon as the person before me paid. I waited a bit. Then when I gave my order, had to repeat it cause the girl was obviously detained with more important things than to listen to my order. When I finally paid and asked for a receipt, she gave it to me very aloof and without even looking at me. Very unfriendly attitude. I will continue looking dor other tea places, which I am sure will welcome its patrons.

Tea Station has an extensive array of teas and desserts. We ordered the Royal Milk Tea and Coconut Grass Jelly iced with vanilla ice cream on top—both with half sugar. The Coconut Grass Jelly was just a little sweet for my taste, but delicious. Bonus: a cute sticker comes with a large order.

I came into the Colorado Tea Station with a few colleagues from my class in which we were greeted with excellent service, delicious boba, and a very comfortable and inviting atmosphere that enabled us to relish in the moment, staying much longer than we expected. Upon entry, the space is styled in a cohesive way that exudes character including claw machines that make for a playful activity while you wait. Additionally, I appreciated the wide array of options for the preparation of boba and the promptness in which the boba was made. My trip overall was incredibly pleasant with great assistance to the cheery demeanors of the servers and delicious milk tea!
