I’d never been and my son wanted to take me. It was good and quick. I prefer my veggies to be cooked more, as well as the edamame but it was a decent quick meal. My son has food allergies and he was able to eat without asking for anything special which was a treat for him. The ship was clean, including the restroom and it was accessible. There was plenty of posting and easy access as well.

The food is absolutely delicious! Generous portions that are fresh. The atmosphere is clean and there's plenty of seating.
The food is usually great, but I have been getting burnt pieces lately. The chicken has been real slimy and tastes like propane or dirty grill that hasn’t been cleaned in days. The service is not so much great. I waited 15 minutes for a large chicken bowl with white rice. That’s it. No one was in there. The two cooks in the back just laughing speaking Spanish not caring. The health department needs to make a surprise visit and check the cameras. The cooks are mad they have to work and make smirky comments in Spanish thinking the customers don’t understand. Maybe new employees can change the dynamic. It’s bringing this place down.

Terrible experience. Would not recommend at all. The chicken is so dry and overcooked that it's impossible to eat. Don't waste your time and go somewhere else.
Favorite chain and favorite location. Priya at the front holds it down and always remembers my orders and the food is on point every single time.
