Pure con artists. I thought 4 dollars for extra teriyaki sauce was a rip-off but it turns out it's just to get teriyaki sauce added to your teriyaki dinner. I received two very dry teriyaki chicken bowls with no sauce because I didn't want to pay an extra 8 dollars(30 percent of the entree cost) Don't ever get anything from these criminals.

What a disappointment. Had the spicy chicken with brown rice. Chicken was scorched and the veggies were undercooked and it took a long time to get my order. Would not recommend.

As a former employee of this particular establishment, DO NOT come to eat here at night, may be convenient but they do not have the right manager on shift, she will make you wait over an hour for food if you aren't a doordasher, if only the general manager would fire her staff like others do. Again DO NOT COME TO TERIYAKI MADNESS EVER or until they get better manager staff and get rid of Patty and Vanessa

We usually order 5-10 bowls a week and the food is usually good, but the last 3 weeks there was no sauce with the orders

Don't ever eat here. If I could givey this place negative stars, I would. I literally waited around for an order for over an hour. When I asked what the hold up was, they hadn't even started on the order. The cook didn't even have a ticket for my order... this place is absolutely pathetic

Got this for takeout tonight and the order was placed online. Had to ask for my drink cup, sauce that was supposed to be included and additionally the ones I spent $1.50 on, and my additional $2.00 egg roll. I tipped them for a takeout order $5 too, and this is the service I received in return. Good help is hard to find, when everyone expects to be handed something for nothing. Cant say much for the mad sauce, it's spicy bbq. Food was as to be expected, skip this location, I've never had good service here.

No sauce whatsoever on both orders of chicken teriyaki. Also no napkins or forks. Paid 75 dollars for 4 bowls. Over priced and under impressed!

Look I get it Covid blah blah blah, I pop in for a quick lunch and it takes 30 minutes to get my food, I went in today at 11:15 literally the only one in the dining room and didn't get my food until 11:45, I literally had to ask where my order was... and I have an appointment at 12... so now I have to eat all my food in 5 minutes ... look I get it you get swamped with orders from Grubhub and DoorDash whatever... but that's literally not my problem... my problem is with the attitude of the kid at the front... giving me attitude like what he's got going on is hard and somehow it's my fault I came into a restaurant to eat... it's not I've worked in restaurants, take care of your customers... especially the ones that can see you looking at your phone instead of doing your job. Not once did I see him wash his hands either between touching his phone, his face, the cash register, door dash orders. I ask for silverware attitude... "it's already in there" when it wasn't... so I open my bag and ask him again because it's wasn't in there. Attitude... I can't believe I even tipped them... not a good look, I tried it out and because of that one employee, I'll never come back.

Talk about a dumpster fire! The food is cheap, bland and as authentic as Tom Cruise playing the last samurai. This place might have belonged in a trashy mall food court in middle America two decades ago. It is out of touch and borderline offensive to actual Asian food. Teriyaki madness would be doing downtown Denver a favor by closing its doors permanently and allowing an upstanding business to take their place instead.

friendly staff and amazing food

Great when they do things well, but extremely inconsistent. It's common for the rice to be mushy and pasty, or for the meat to be overcooked, for the order to be late, or for them to forget the sauce

Do not come here. The cashier threw away our ticket and the line cooks took forever. We waited 45 minutes with 7 other people who were in the same position as us. Looks like a toxic workplace and everyone was fighting with each other. Cashier straight up told us to leave a bad review. Finally got a refund and the manager refunded the wrong order to us.

First let me start off by saying I love their food, when they don't mess up my order. 3 out of 5 times I place an order for delivery they either forget the Teriyaki sauce all together, forget the mad sauce or just completely mess our orders up. This particular location has to be the worst. When I've ordered from other locations they don't seem to mess it up as much as this location.
