Absolutely loved my experience this weekend at Texas Roadhouse, my server Fabricio was super attentive! Got multiple refills and he was very knowledgeable of menu items. I can never get enough of those fresh rolls and the roasted peanuts are unmatched

There's a reason this chain overtook Olive Garden as America's go-to favorite.
Consistently excellent food at moderate prices in a poppin' atmosphere with great staff. This location is tops.

Went there tonight, they sat us over by the edge by a window when you first come in. They had the AC running when it’s 36° out. we got our appetizer and the air was blowing right down on us, made the appetizer all cold and the rolls. We asked to have the heat turned up, everybody in that section was wearing jackets, cause it was so cold and they ignored our request. I think when it comes to common sense, the manager there that night had none

We came in for a birthday celebration, and our server Cynthia was lovely! She greeted us in a timely manner, answered all of our questions, and consistently made herself available. Multiple other staff members helped us celebrate the birthday and it was so fun and lovely! Jake was also AMAZING! He answered all of our additional questions and kept our spirits up throughout our meal. Absolute lovely staff. Thanks y’all!

This has to be the worst service, the worst food and experience we have ever had at Texas Roadhouse. This is the steak my mother came home with, we had to recook it as she didn’t even have grill marks (she ordered this as a medium well steak) The baked potatoes and the one sweet potato were still cold and not even cooked. They didn’t even sing my mom happy birthday. Mind you we were a family over 20 at 11 am when there was no one there.
I didn’t even get refill on my water….if I could give 0 stars I would give negative -100…

Sirloin and shrimp is amazing! Green beans, mashed taters, green Chile, strawberry lemonade. Sorry I didn't take a pic of the plate, but the meal was on point.

Great food, and my bartender was welcoming. He went above and beyond caring for all his guests and me, and still made drinks for all the servers.

I really want to give them more stars, and we’ve been to MANY Texas Roadhouse locations all over the country. We joined the waitlist for 3 people yesterday 7/18 with no issues, my husband is disabled and needs assistance getting out of the car with his walker etc. my mom goes in to check in and let them know we were there; the host guy told her they were ready for us and so she went inside, I was assisting my husband getting out of the car and ensuring he didn’t fall etc, the lady who was seating us told my mum she couldn’t take her to the table and we shouldn’t have been checked in due to our party not being complete inside the building. My mum had to loudly explain to her that her son in law was disabled and was coming from the car into the building and would be in momentarily, she kept giving pushback until she finally seated my mum, and we joined her a few minutes later. We were seated in addys section and she was helpful when my husbands walker fell over as there was no where to put it in the severely over cramped section we were seated in. The hostess knew my husband had a disability and still sat us there… make it make sense. The problem with where addy put his walker was that it wasn’t accessible to him and therefore he was reliant on asking her to grab it for him before he could get up to use the restrooms, and that was on her schedule/time.
Your staff specifically the hostess team need some sensitivity training pertaining to ADA in general and also ADA compliance, and having some patience and common sense when it comes to disabled patrons.
We also asked for the bass to be turned down on the music system as it increasingly got more intense/loud during our visit and was noticeably louder than when we arrived, we were told that the bass was set at a corporate level and they couldn’t adjust the volume of the speakers because they’d get in trouble with their corporate offices. Addy was great but your manager wasn’t and neither were the hostesses. The manager was hanging chairs from the rafters in the ceiling and on our way out was holding his hands underneath them as they precariously balanced and eventually stopped moving. All while blocking the path of his patrons.
