It took a while to be greeted at the door even to be seated. The restaurant was not busy at all, but none of the wait staff walking the floor even came to our table. Finally the kitchen manager waited on us. When the good came out my wife's order was wrong. I was finished with my meal before her food came back out. Would not go back again.

I want to start by saying I was a HUGE Fridays fan in the past and was so sad when the location closest to me Thornton Colorado Closed. But even our last few visit there were not good. I literally had to beg and convince my wife to go today at this location. Boy I should have listened to her… we walk in place is pretty much dead but yet nobody at hostess stand somebody strolls over after a few minutes we sit in booth by windows by mountains. We are a party of 4. The hostess says it be a few minutes for our waitress which seemed odd to us because well… it’s dead. After a long wait she strolls over. She seemed scattered and we saw plates and trash on tables trash on floor around us here and there kind of concerning even some chicken wing bones on floor gross!!!! Then she asks what we like to drink. We order 3 waters and a kids sprite that comes to table. Than we order food a cheeseburger, a whisky burger, a chicken tenders, 2 motels sticks, and a kids mac and cheese with motz sticks on side. We were first pretty annoyed with menu changes in the app department but whatever. Food comes out and my plate was messy the presentation sucks streaks of sauce on it I’ve never had my whisky burger delivered to me like that before ever. Requests for condements were forgotten too. It was literally not the same Fridays I know quality wise. My wife and my burgers stink but waitress is constantly gone. Regardless never going back if that’s how service is in way home my wife and I got stomach aches and now my older son too. The place needs to be cleaned or condemned it’s horrible!

The most disgusting pasta I’ve ever tried. Drenched in oil. Made me sick to my stomach, couldn’t even eat it. This business should be shut down. Awful

Came in on Thanksgiving because it was the only place open and I was blown away by the service of lead bartender, I forget her name, Bryna I think, but she was amazing. She was all over the restaurant with a smile on her face. I hope y’all pay her well. Thank you for a great thanksgiving Bryna.

Horrible service. Restaurant was not busy at all-bar not even half full. Cocktail was good, that was only good thing. Never checked on for additional drink, had to ask for water, but would have gotten another drink, had I ever been checked on. Hot wings were small and luke warm-ordered mac n cheese with them but didn't come out. NEVER asked if I was ok. I had to stop the bartender to tell them I didn't get my mac n cheese even though they took my order. Had to be reordered. No apology or acknowledgement- again, never checked on after getting late food. I had to again stop one of the 2 bartenders to get my check after sitting for 15 minutes after finishing my food- no sorry for your order being messed up, no thank you for coming, nothing. I saw the low google rating, but wanted to give them a chance. Unfortunately, their poor service is still an issue.

Quite possibly the worst service ever. We were basically ignored the entire time we were there. Food came out at separate times. Appetizer came out after half the food. Mac and cheese was congealed from sitting under a heat lamp for so long. Waitress said there was a wait because the kitchen was so backed up. Rounding high there were 12 other people in the restaurant...people not tables. When I pointed that out to her she changed to they were short staffed in the kitchen. She failed to realize that we were sitting right next to the kitchen and could hear them messing around and discussing things that customers should not hear. Other tables around us didn't seem to have an issue getting their items in a timely manner. The only nice thing I could say about this visit was that the restroom was clean. Honestly not sure when or if I'll go back.

My mom and I stopped in for a late snack and a drink. Surprisingly the bar wasn't very busy. We ordered some specialty cocktails and the app sampler. The food took a while to come out but the bartender was amazing. She said she was new but she was very friendly and relatable. She made great drinks and made the experience enjoyable for us. Thanks!

We had Bryna as our server, and she is absolutely amazing!!! She dealt with a massive amount of customers and orders with such a great attitude. We are loyal to Fridays just because of her. You have NOT experienced Fridays until you've had her as your server. Shes definitely needs a raise!!!

Kids chose the TJ Fridays because of their ice cream and it was a great opportunity to have end our night with kids.We walked in and left after being waiting for 11 minutes. My own kids (13-11-10) said, time to go.Bartender saw us twice and avoided eye contact. A server was covering 3 tables and the rest of tables (10) were empty. (Slow)A table for larger parties was full of dishes which made me guessed that they were short of staff.Server walked to her tables and walked toward the front (us) but stopped by the booth to check the silverware wraps. She saw me and kept doing silverware; then my kid said, “time to go”We crossed the street and had burgers with milkshakes at “Five guys”As it is said, it is all about “the service and atmosphere” and it seems that this location does not have it.

We come here once every week or two.Bring back Latoya and where is Scout!!!Neither one was here. Took 20 minutes to get drinks. Like 45 minutes to get our dinner... And it was 2 salads!Was still eating and she brought over our ticket... good thing we didn't want dessert or anything cause we weren't even asked. Ug

Waited at the bar 15 minutes to get a drink , bartender acted like she didn't care, people sat at the bar and got served before us , they are so unorganized, and to get to the restroom you got to go around every table to get to it.

No greeting from host when she seated us Took awhile to be acknowledged by the server. Apparently there was a large cobweb above our table which my husband noted after the fact. Food was subpar. No one ate hardly anything. Took awhile to come and tasted like it had been sitting awhile. Server also set a very hot plate of food in front of my four year old who tried to grab it. Had two little kids- they were restless so I took them home. It was at least 15 minutes until my husband was addressed and offered the check. Will not be coming back.
