While staying at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel we came here one night for a glass of wine. We got there around 9PM and the bar was probably ¼ busy at that time. We sat at a bar seat at the bar and I asked the bartender I saw in front of us if they were closed. I asked this because she was inattentive and completely ignored us, while doing other activities. She said no and then asked “what do you want.” I asked for a glass of rosé for my wife. She poured our wine and we closed the tab. The service she provided couldn’t have been more curt or abrupt. She was either pre-occupied or didn’t care about providing decent service – Either way, it’s no excuse for the service we received.
