My fiance and I came here for our Valentines date and were blown away. We are thinking of going to Spain for our honeymoon and wanted to try Spanish food before pulling the trigger. After trying 9th Door we are completely sold. The food just kept getting better and better with each dish. It was full of flavor and truly blew us away in every way. We want to make this our new special spot for date nights.

What a great find. I must say that the size of the tapas is generous. We ordered way too much food. Everything was absolutely delicious.

Food was amazing as always -- dátiles or bacon wrapped dates 🥰 -- and the staff were great; we even learn a bit about the co-op that supplies some of their ingredients. Oh, and don't forget dessert -- crema catalana 😍 and I'm more Basque 😄.

Incredible. From the warm greeting at the door to the last bite of lava cake and everything in between, we had a great experience here for my dad’s bday. We ordered the seafood paella and about 4-5 tapas and some wine varieties - all were incredibly flavored and balanced. The staff are all very well trained and it was the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. This has become a new favorite spot for a special dining experience. I can’t wait to go back and try more dishes!

Amazing service and food!
Jake was our waiter at 9th Door on New Year’s Eve, and he was absolutely fantastic — super friendly, quick, and very knowledgeable about both the food and the drinks. He made great recommendations and kept everything running smoothly on a very busy night.
The paella was outstanding — definitely the best in town!

Every time I am in Denver for work I come here at least twice during my trip. I love this place!

This tapas spot nails the rare balance of being sophisticated without ever feeling pretentious. The intimate atmosphere pulls you in right away, and the lighting is pure magic—warm enough to make the space feel cozy, yet perfectly focused so the table becomes a little stage for the beautifully plated dishes.

The food arrives looking elegant and tastes even better, each plate clearly crafted with care but never overdone. And a special shout-out to our server, Jared, whose friendly demeanor and attentive—but never overwhelming—service made the whole experience even better. He elevated the night without ever stealing the spotlight from the food.

A five-star experience all around.

Came here with my wife and daughter. Reservations are recommended. We were promptly seated and our waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable. My wife has a severe nut allergy and they were able to accommodate us on our orders. They have a nice selection of tapas and the food came out at nice intervals. Everything was amazing, flavorful, and delicious. I paired my selections with a nice red wine. We all finished up by sharing a chocolate lava cake. Nicely done 9th Door!

We had a super fun date here for Tapas Tuesdays. Great service from Jake. All the plates were timed perfectly. We ordered the entire Tapas Tuesday menu - 9 items - and the bill was just under $100. This is a great place to get a little dressed up and have a nice date!
