I just placed an order via doordash for two crawfish etouffee with white rice on the side for alittle over $18 each. And this crap is what I got. What the hell is this? Very small portions of rice and what ever that is also.

I ordered for the first time crab and shrimp š¦ , shrimp came in 2 plastic bags including the oil sauce which is disgusting I can not eat from plastic bags any hot food,the 2 crabs š¦ were very dirty when I opened to feed my child we found the dirty green poop which means they don't even clean , usually I make my own food yesterday it was an exception because I was sick ,I can not believe the negligence of this restaurant towards costumers

We used to love this place and had great experiences in the past, but unfortunately it hasnāt been the same lately. On our recent visit, we ordered the calamari and noticed a large hair in the dish. We brought it to the waitressās attention, and she took it back and returned with another order within about five minutes, which made us unsure whether a fresh dish was actually prepared.
What was more concerning was the responseāwe were told she was unsure where the hair came from because ātheir cooks donāt have that kind of hair,ā which didnāt feel reassuring or professional. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, especially since this used to be one of our favorite places.

The service was ONE STAR BECAUSE WE WERE BETTER OFF SERVING OURSELVESā¦Had to ask for refills! My date didnāt get any refill!!!! Had to ask for gloves for a boil!!!!! Like THEY CIRCLED PLEASE DONT FORGET TO TIPā¦WELL HERE IS YOUR TIP: WORK FOR A TIP & TREAT PPL AS IF YOUR BUSINESS IS JUST STARTING!!! Donāt try n force a tip and a tip is what should make you treat customers with respect!!! Not to mention you have the HIGHEST PRICES IN AROUND And THE LOWEST SERVICE IN TOWN!!!! Peace
Get the boils, it is well worth the price and is probably some of the best crab/sauce Iāve ever had. Couldnāt recommend it enough.
