We came here on a recommendation to meet friends who were in town for the day for brunch. Danny was our waiter and he was so professional and attentive. The food was beyond delicious. Amazing menu and great atmosphere.

The Bindery served us some of the best food I’ve had in Denver. I can’t recommend it enough. I started with a rye old fashioned as a Happy Hour cocktail. It was a generous pour, deftly crafted. Our table shared 3 dishes. Started with buratta (sp?) surrounded by well seasoned greens and tomato’s. Then came a rabbit and walnut pie (yum). We fished up with ravioli.

Daniel, our server, was quite congenial and helpful. Decor is very nice. This is a “don’t miss it” place.

I absolutely adore this lovely restaurant nestled in the Highlands. The food is consistently prepared with quality ingredients and is always tasty. I also appreciate the wonderful service. It’s always wonderful to see Oren, their wonderful GM, and his genuine positivity and hospitality are always a delight.

Had a wonderful experience here last night. From being greeted at the door, the staff was welcoming and warm. Daniel are server (so great) and Miguel our bartender (made delicious drinks) made our night so pleasant. Order the Branzino fish and you will not be disappointed. Oren the manger, is visible and so great with making great conversations with all. Thank you Bindery for a great date night for my husband and I. We appreciate you!!!

So disgusting, food was cold and so overpriced. I ordered the crab Benedict and our waiter just let it sit and sit until it was cold. Staff is unfriendly and non attentive. Stay away from this place if you want a nice experience and good food.

The food was cold and didn’t come out in order from starting items to entrees. The server left us and never came back after she took our order. The chef/owner was outside gardening and didn’t notice we were without a server until maybe an hour into our visit. The atmosphere was better than the food and service because we set outside and it was a beautiful day. My entree had human hair in it so I didn’t even eat it, but no one seemed to care. I watched our server bust tables and wait on other guest. I hated having to leave a tip for bad food and service!

Update: The owner and chef should be ashamed of her poor response and behavior, but she is not. I provided a review based on my last experience at the restaurant and did not include the specific time or date. If anything the owner and chef, should have responded with I apologize for the poor experience you and your daughter had, give me a call at the restaurant so I can take care of you, but her ego would not allow her to be kind or courteous which is also the experience I had at the restaurant when she insisted on gardening instead of ensuring that my daughter and I had a great experience. I WILL NEVER SUPPORT HER ESTABLISHMENT and anyone who cares about the hospitality industry with ensuring all persons are treated with dignity and kindness should not!

This restaurant is amazing and so underrated! After an awful experience at one of the corporate restaurants nearby we came here for brunch and we were so blown away we came back for dinner a few days later. Both experiences were exceptional! The service and ambiance were amazing and the food was so unique and inventive- and just delicious.

food was very good! our server was so nice and amazing but our food and drinks took a bit but honestly wait is worth it. I tried their Non alcoholic electrolytes drink and in all honesty they should warn people its not what youd expect and isnt very flavored. Besides that their matcha is fantastic!

I recently met girlfriends from Portland and Minneapolis in Denver for a weekend of fun, food, and shopping. Even in a city of great food, The Bindery was a highlight! We'd heard of the great brunch but decided to try dinner anyway, and we were so glad we did. The salads were delightful, handmade pastas and risotto absolutely delicious, great appetizers, fantastic service and lovely ambiance. They took familiar sounding dishes and made them so special, so delicious. And did I mention the cocktails? Yum! We'll all be talking about it for a long time to come.

The food was beautifully prepared—my fiancée and grandmother thoroughly enjoyed their meals. The sweet Dutch baby they loved! Unfortunately, my dish came garnished with green onions, which I’m allergic to, and there was no warning or disclaimer on the menu. Our server was kind and apologetic, offering to correct it. However, the manager responded defensively and shifted the blame to me for not disclosing my allergy ahead of time. I do hope ownership calibrates this behavior, as interactions like this will continue to drive customers away despite the kitchen's talent.
