We just had the Thanksgiving feast, and wow. Such a perfect experience, from start to finish. The turkey, stuffing and mashed potatoes alone were amazing, but the additional goodies were such a pleasant surprise. We had the salad, pumpkin pie, the squash, the parsnips and pearls, and the gravy...that gravy. So impressed. If you want the perfect thanksgiving meal with near minimal effort, do it.
This is the second year that I have used The Bindery to cater Thanksgiving dinner. The food is always great and plentiful. A nice mix of tradition and alternative. Everything is perfectly packed, easy to heat and has instructions from the chef to ensure your success at home. Many thanks to the chef and her team.
Came for brunch and was not disappointed. It's a nice place but moderately priced, the staff was so friendly and attentive, and the food delicious. Get the Dutch Pancake (it's worth the wait!).

We can't rave enough about our dinner and the service at Bindery. Our wonderful wait person explained everything to a "t." We both shared a salad which was huge and delightful. My husband had a brand new dish -- beef cheeks. The owner of the restaurant came over to see how he liked it and he couldn't stop raving about how tasty and tender it was. I had the short ribs which were scrumptious. Such a sweet restaurant with amazing food and a caring staff. We'll be back.
The staff were awesome, super attentive and kind. I wasn't impressed by the food though. It was a bit bland and overpriced. It was nice to have free parking available.

My favorite neighborhood spot! Their pasta and wine special on Wednesdays are the best at $29pp (salad, pasta, and bottle of wine). The owners are the sweetest and fun to talk to. It's always a good time at The Bindery❤️
This is our 5'th or 6'th visit to The Bindery in Highland. That tells you we like it-- lots to like. The restaurant is housed in a building that used to be a book binder on Central Street just west of I-25. Parking is actually no issue, which is a good start for a central DT eatery. The restaurant vibe is excellent-- nice lighting, not "ultra-modern", nice large window views of downtown buildings (you cannot see the highway), wine bottles and racks all around. It has comfortable seating, spaced well with no "speed dating" rows of 2-tops to crowd you (thank you!) The service has been impeccable every time (where can you say that?). We've had Luke as our server a couple times recently. This visit, Chef Linda stopped by our table a couple times during the meal-- she is very "hands on" and a big part of why this restaurant excels. The wine list is thought-out and excellent with decent pricing (I know, since I was in wine business for many years). You can even find a 2015 Gran Reserva Rioja for under $50 and interesting wines like Bandol. A very good representation of Kermit Lynch wines (a good thing). As for the food-- menu is always changing and we got the new season. The Wednesday night pasta for two is a good value: a bottle of wine, 2 pastas and a shared salad for $29 each. It has gone up from $25, and there are often "upcharges" ($2-5) for certain pastas. But they are of high quality and also creative. We love the wild boar ragu and tried the new pumpkin cappelletti ("little hat"). Salads are generous to share, and there are usually 2 to pick from, also changing. Other menu items also look good, as do the bakery items... the restaurant does brunch, a happy hour also. Recommended!
Great food quality and the service staff is great, especially the host that looks like Merlin from Kingsman
