Impressive food and a great menu, including gluten free options. I tried their huevos rancheros — very happy with my choice.

The Bindery is one our regular places for dining out. It is mid-way between fine dining and casual.
The food is always excellent and interesting. The wait staff is very attentive.

For great fun and an adventure in eating, be sure to try the Smoked Rabbit Pecan Pie! It is delicious and a great example of the chef's creativity.

This place crafts an experience. Each menu item is filled with flavors to compliment each individual ingredient. The rabbit pecan pie was absolutely the highlight of the night but everything was incredible. Great cocktails at a decent price too. Service was top notch.

My boyfriend and I absolutely LOVE this place. It’s my favorite place to get brunch in all of Denver. There was a period of time where we were coming almost every weekend. Every single item we’ve tried from their menu has been incredible. The atmosphere feels high class and the service is top tier. They really do go above and beyond. We’ve had both Andre and Cristopher multiple times and they are both amazing and make us feel special and welcome each time. Try the Duck Hash and the French Toast- best French toast in my freaking life. Thanks Bindery we will be back over and over and over again <3

Excellent professional service that Gives off a fine dining aura ,The atmosphere makes it a good place to get dressed up. They have creative traditional dishes like pecan rabbit pot pie. The Rosoto was rich and delicious. My only Complaint... I was fighting my doorknobs and toilet the rest of the night.

Wonderful service, food was tasty and well recommended by server. Went to celebrate my birthday and was surprised with a dessert on the house - so rare these days to be treated by the restaurant and how nice it was. First time dining at The Bindery and we left very happy. Thanks for making my birthday so special.

Update: We love the Bindery so much we had our Wedding Rehearsal dinner here! The Bindery was so wonderful to work with and made the event so amazing. I would recommend the Bindery to anyone for their Rehearsal Dinner or any other event!

We always love the Bindery. Every season they have an amazing menu, always catering to even those picky eaters that you reluctantly have to include in the group. Dinner service is exceptional but what they really excel at is brunch! Drinks are always flowing and is very reasonably priced for the quality of food.

Online menu is not current. Makes it difficult for people with dietary restrictions to understand if there is anything available for them to eat or what the options may be that can be modified. Only option I was given to see the menu was to come in person, which is a ridiculous inconvenience. Just post the correct menu online.

Sat at the bar for brunch. Spacious wasn’t cramped. The service from the host to Miguel and his co worker with the eagle neck tattoo was phenomenal. Good came on time hot n ready. Will come back.
We had the duck hash- crab benny- and that big baby cake thing they are famous for

The food was very good, but the music was so loud that I strained to hear conversation. I couldn’t even hear our server and my friend closest to the server had to relay everything. It was a table of 4, so it’s not like it was a group of 8 that couldn’t hear due to distance. I eventually just left early because I felt exhausted from straining to hear my friends for over an hour. I saw that at least one other person on here mentioned the noise level. This is a place that I would highly recommend, so I don’t understand why management doesn’t take the suggestion of just turning down the music. If multiple people are asking the server “what?”, then it’s too loud.

We loved our brunch meal, the food is really good, when we finally all received it but... One guest received their meal 10 minutes before the others at the table. The waitress didn't check in and the maitre d' promised the other dishes would be right out and then proceeded to serve at least 3 other tables while we waited. There was also on oppressive wood polish smell. Perhaps we should have left but we thought we'd adjust. Unfortunately it was so strong that we left with headaches, burning eyes.

I had brunch here after flying in last minute and really loved the experience. The staff were kind enough to hold my luggage for me at the coat rack and knowledgeable about the menu. The coffee blend is delicious, especially if you prefer a more acidic profile. My server Cristofer was very attentive. He did recommend the croque madame as his favorite, but I went with the duck hash as I needed a few more veggies. The dish was phenomenal, the skin of the duck perfect. The only drawback if the music was kind of loud, but where isn't it these days. I'll be back to try the croque madame!

The food here is consistently great. Interesting dishes that you don't find often. The staff is amazing. You can never go wrong with either dinner or brunch here.
