This was my first time at The Bindery and I had a great experience. Our server Lucy provided some great recommendations and the food was delicious. I hope that they keep the Dirty Chai Waffles on the menu because they were my favorite. I will definitely be back again.

Not worth it. The food has gotten markedly worse over time - my boyfriend's meal was nearly inedible, my mom's was alright but nowhere near worth the price. Service is horrible - they're probably understaffed. We asked if they could put the blinds down multiple times because the sun was shining right in our eyes, and they never came to tell us that it wasn't possible, they just ignored us. Way too expensive for mediocre food and terrible service

I booked a table here for my partner and I yesterday for brunch- Definitely showed up at 2:27pm for my 2:15pm reservation but didn't call ahead because their policy on OpenTable says to "call us if you are running later than 15 minutes after your reservation time" (which we weren't). After standing there for a second waiting for someone to greet us I tell the host that I have a reservation for Rodrick and he tells me that the kitchen may have closed since it is after 2:30pm, which immediately doesn't make sense to me for two reasons- 1. I'm actively looking at my Galaxy 7 that says 2:27pm and 2. The Bindery accepts reservations on OpenTable AT 2:30pm and their brunch is advertised to end at 3:00pm. He comes back to tell me that "they will make it work for you" while grabbing us menus and I immediately feel really uncomfortable thinking I'm basically the reason the kitchen staff can't close up shop for the afternoon. Imagine my confusion when a woman walks in and is sat at her own table about 10 minutes later. Beyond the absolute vibe check fail I would just like to say that the food was really AMAZING. My partner really enjoyed the Breakfast Carbonara, the Lump Crab Benny had crazy portions of delicious crab and we shared a plate of the Duck Hash (so very meat & potatoes but elevated!). The layout of the restaurant itself is very open and the menu choices are seasonal and elevated. Hats off to the kitchen staff, one of the chefs even came over to say hi and top off my water. The Spicy Bloody Mary hit the spot and the candied bacon was absolutely delicious! However, when I went to wipe my hands after removing the garnish from my drink I noticed that they didn't even bother to put place settings on our table (forks, knife, napkin) and had to wait for someone to notice me and bring me place settings. And after our server (very loudly) told me that my "eyes look sooo natural" and asked me if they were "real" I immediately grabbed the check. We will not be returning.

I haven't been here since they opened, and even though I live 45 minutes away now, I'm going to make a point of coming back. The food is fabulous -- blueberry waffle, the surfer burrito, and La Emmabella were all excellent. The ambiance is a really fun trendy Euro vibe, but it's popular so it's loud. Oren took a questionable experience and made it right for us, and I have a strong impression that The Bindery truly cares about its guests.

The waitress had half the restaurant which is too much. She did the best she could but it was 15 minutes before we got coffee which is too long first thing in the morning. Coffee is ok but not worth $8. Pastries are excellent. Omelette was $20 and consisted of eggs topped by uncut slices of ham and cheese which were not melted but then the omelette was folded over like a ham and cheese sandwich with eggs instead of bread. So not worth $20.

Really enjoyed the incredible hospitality from the ownership and team - they know what it takes to make a guest feel welcomed and execute at a high level in the kitchen. Beautiful room, ambience, and vibe. I highly suggest supporting this independent restaurant with talented chef in front of the house team. Thanks Linda and Oren!

We went for wine Wednesday. A great value and delicious food. Also had the eggplant appetizer which is a favorite of mine. The new pear dessert was the perfect way to end the meal. Our server Dani took great care of us.

Food and service were excellent. The patio was perfect and it didn't feel loud even with the freeway nearby. I had the breakfast carbonara and 10/10 would get it again.

This was our first time going to The Bindery and we will be coming back!! Me and my boyfriend had our anniversary dinner here last night and they made us feel so special and made the night so much fun. Our waiter, Daniel, was super friendly, funny and knowledgeable about the menu and the food and drinks were delicious ✨

Loved our last experience at the Bindery! We went for brunch on a whim and loved it so much we came back a week later for dinner. Our server for dinner was Daniel and he was incredible! Great recommendations and even better service. We started with the ceviche and fries. For dinner we shared the branzino and the anchovy butter spaghetti (gf). Everything was very delicious and will be on our list of recommendations to others. Definitely looking forward to our next time back.

Great Wednesday night special: a wonderful salad, yummy pasta, and a bottle of very drinkable Italian vino, all for $50 for two. 👍
