This property is located in an industrial area on the Northside of the now redeveloped Stapleton airport. Big rigs with cement products move past the property daily all the while leaving the roadway covered in small gravel and sand. Denver RTD also has a vehicle facility with smaller bus traffic. One evening while walking to my vehicle a small Uhaul entered the parking lot at high speed, I retreated between the parked cars and the truck continued around the building possibly to return to Quebec St. RTD is less than a mile from the hotel, but after dark it might be a dangerous adventure the urban campers have set up a community on a grassy location where 40th and 41st avenues meet. Non roadworthy RV's line this stretch of the road, resupplied daily by occupants with access to working transportation.

My outside balcony had a small trash can on it that was full of vomit that I had to dispose of myself. There were hairs stuck in the bathroom towels and the toilet paper dispenser was falling out of the bathroom wall. On top of that, the marriott official website showed a hot tub and firepit. This hotel had neither (front desk said the firepit was stolen) and I guess a fitness room replaced the hot tub. The list goes on and on about things that were unacceptable with this hotel.

Yep...a different car was parked where my Avalanche was parked the night before, closest spot to the front door too. They have NO SECURITY CAMERAS IN PARKING LOT !! Front desk said nothing was towed that night so it's gone. When I left a report with Denver police & told him I can't believe they don't have cameras in the lot he said, "yeah cars have been stolen from there & they don't really seem to care"! Seriously, your car might get stolen, go somewhere else!

Stayed here for business while visiting the near by airport. The lobby area was clean and staff were inviting. The rooms were clean but nothing special. Maybe could use a little TLC. Otherwise it was a good stay, and staff were very friendly. If your here for business for a night it works.

DO NOT STAY HERE. We were overcharged an extra day - we called and left many messages over the course of two months until we finally reached somebody who could help. They assured us we would be refunded, but then said we had checked out at 11:30PM (12 hours after we'd actually left). We were on a business trip so I guess this place figures they can scam businesses who stay with them, since many companies don't check their statements, but we're a small company and this theft really hurts us. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

We did not receive an upgrade for our five night stay which was a bit disappointing. we were with our 9 year old grandson, so we opted for two queens which worked out pretty good. the location is a bit of a challenge and has attracted a different sort of clientele and it is not that easy to get to and from the hotel. the room was clean. the breakfast option was limited but the service we received was just fine.

Very dirty part of Denver (Commerce City) . We were here with our soccer team for a national tournament and we’re astounded at the poor surrounding conditions. As you turn on to the road leading to the hotel you are greeted with piles of trash and other debris. The hotel and little to no security and it is clearly a dangerous part of Denver. We had one family whose car was broken into and door lock literally removed and another that woke up to a slashed tire. The hotel was understaffed and that was evident from the moment we checked in. Several families decided to change hotels by the second day because of how unsafe they felt. The parking lot borders the highway underpass with homeless people and loads of trash. You would not know any of this from just looking at the website. This hotel was a “tournament sanctioned hotel” and we will be sure that they never promote this location for a place for youth team stay again. We are Marriott members and this is not a location we would ever stay at again or recommend to anyone.

We stayed at this hotel with family, we were skeptical about being so close to construction and industrial buildings, however once inside the hotel it is very quiet and relaxing. It is close to lots of restaurants and stores. The courtyard in the middle was well maintained and the rooms were clean. The pool was nice, but we had to go get towels from the front desk every time we wanted to swim. One of the main downsides was there was no bathroom close to the pool. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was fresh, clean, welcoming and comfortable. The evening staff went above and beyond to see to our needs. The beds were new and comfy. The halls even smelled fresh and clean. The WiFi was good and the tv worked great. No free breakfast but there was a small stand in the lobby. Panera was close by.

The staff was always friendly and accommodating and the hotel is clean and smells great. No noisy neighbors. The staff didn't bother us about building a snowman in the courtyard and one lady even helped me check my flight status since it was snowing and flights where being delayed and canceled she also extended my stay a couple hours free of charge to accommodate my fight schedule. Next time we come to Denver we will definitely be staying here. I give them 5 stars.
