We arrived at our hotel quite late and walked across the road to this little Bistro in the Marriott Courtyard hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly chef Kerri and the attractive choices at reasonable prices. We chose the Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup and found a comfortable corner to eat. Both were excellent and Kerri’s friendly demeanour, especially after a long day, made it great.
I have stayed here many times. Only seems to be open from 7 to 9 am. It's a waste of space and time.
I’m surprised this place even has a 3.9 rating. It should be lower. Rude staff, way over priced, and food was not good. I had to paper order a burger with an arugula salad. What I received was a soy bean tiny patty with some pickles, a piece of lettuce, 3 pieces of arugula (so no salad?), cheap bread and a side of ketchup for $20.
We invited friends here for our last night in Colorado. Kerri, our pleasant server, waited on us hand and foot even though she was super busy. Our salads were delicious. I asked for a medium rare salmon on my Ceasars salad. They cooked it to perfection. Just to point out, the wine was very pricey at $17.00 a glass. Other than this disappointment we all were very satisfied. Thank you!

Were we supposed to get service here??? Cuz the lady gave us terrible looks when we didnt tip her, but we literally got 0 service, and we constantly got asked to pay like we are some criminals who would just run and not pay, i was trying to enjoy my beer maybe get a second one...
No breakfast menu available
We tried this bar because it had better ratings than others in the area. Not sure how. I had the Cherry Old Fashioned which was more like a bourbon and soda. My wife had a glass of Clos du Bois Merlot that was served at about 87°. Both incredibly disappointing. We were prepared to try something else but the server unceremoniously and without warning turned the lights off without the courtesy of a last call. Across the street we went, which we should have done in the first place.

I know it's an airport hotel, so overpriced and low-quality is to be expected, but still. I just felt so scammed, and I'm pretty sure I experienced this before but forgot and didn't write a review or anything... so this review more than anything is for my own memory. The attitude of the overworked individual who staffs the place also felt pretty deja vu and disappointing in contrast to the hotel check-in counter.

The tomato soup was outstanding. The bread for the sandwich was dry and uninspired. Dipping it in the soup was the only way to make it edible. The fries were very good. The bartender/server was very pleasant. It's a simple place to eat inside the lobby of the hotel, not a stand-alone restaurant so not much on atmosphere, but for a simple bite to eat, it fit the bill.

Hotel is good, not the food. Meatball and tater tot apps were sad.
Starbucks is here if you're looking for it. That was our main goal. The ambiance was relaxing, comfortable, and clean.
