I'm a big fan of gin, and they make an incredible negroni! Seriously, one of the best! I bought one of their dry gins and saw that they have a pour room in Rino. Gave them a chance and it didn't disappoint. The pour room is rough yet inviting and the staff was amazing!
Unfortunately I can't really drink hard liquor anymore. But if I could, I would wet my whistle here. This family-owned business makes great cocktails in a warm environment. Highly recommend.
Do you have STRONG OPINIONS about COCKTAILS? Block Distilling makes most of their spirits in house and has a seasonal rotation of Gin, if that's your favorite spirit. They also have a fantastic, complex cocktail menu that updates every three months. If you're a "Whisky and coke" kind of drinker, you'll find something you like. If you -really- like cocktails though, you'll find something innovative and unusual and probably have some analysis paralysis...
