The all you can eat food selection was perfection. It cant get any better than that. The staff were extremely attentive, when I say extremely I mean it. That alone made our experience 10 times better. The atmosphere and music was very nice and enjoyable too. This will be the only hotpot I go to from now on

My boyfriend and I have been coming to this place for a while now. Like their food, service is usually AMAZING. However, tonight was not.
We had a server - I can't quite remember her name - with glasses, tied back black hair, and was on the younger side. It went well at first, she was attentive and brought us our water, and took our menu. However, once the menu was taken, we did not see our server for the rest of the hour we were there except when we pulled her aside to ask for our drinks: even then, she gave attitude that she had to get those. We got our initial portion (one) , didn't receive our skewers, and were never checked on again until we were visibly done eating.
When we told her we didn't get our skewers, we got a halfhearted apology and received the check.
Oftentimes, we never write reviews. We understand what the service industry is like - I, myself, with six years serving experience - and can sympathize that it's a busy job. Unfortunately, with the restaurant barely occupied, this could not be the case. We saw her being incredibly attentive to her other tables, making drinks constantly and bringing them food, but we ourselves never saw her again until the end. It seemed almost like she was purposefully avoiding our table at times.
We will likely still be back, as we do genuinely enjoy the atmosphere and the food, but we were severely disappointed with tonight's service.

It's hard for me to find anything about this place I don't like. Now that it's AYCE I was worried it would be too different, but honestly it just seems like a better deal. The meat and seafood seem fresh, as do the veggies, and the soup bases are unreal. It's a great time whenever we go. Oh and the BBQ skewers they're doing now are so delicious. Craving it again just a few hours after going.

Amazing hot pot spot! The staff is super friendly and welcoming, the ingredients are always fresh, and the sauce bar is fully stocked every time. Prices are great for the quality and variety you get, and it’s a huge plus that they’re open late. Definitely a go-to place for hot pot!!!
I’m a regular and come here often because the food’s good and I like the lively atmosphere. But today’s service was actually upsetting. We were first on the waitlist, table of 2, and told we’ll need to wait another 10 minutes. Mind you, there were 5 empty, clean 4-seater tables that I clearly saw. I asked the hostess (white lady with blond hair) if we could be seated at one of the tables since there’s no one before us. She said no, those tables are for other people. We were told to wait outside and come back later. Guess what? We were seated and the 5 tables I saw before were still empty.

Tried Bronze Empire Hot Pot and it did not disappoint. The meats were extremely fresh and really well prepped — you could tell right away by the quality and how clean everything looked when it came out. The broths were flavorful without being overwhelming, and everything cooked up perfectly. The service was also really good. Staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to help if we had questions or needed refills, but never overbearing. The whole place had a comfortable, welcoming vibe that made it easy to just relax and enjoy the meal. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely a spot I’d come back to when I’m craving hot pot. Solid food, great service, and just an all-around enjoyable meal 👍

Food was delicious! So many options on the menu, you can try an assortment of different foods and really immerse yourself in the hot pot experience. I’d never been before but our server Kirby explained everything beforehand and was quick with our orders as well as coming around and checking on us. Environment was a bit loud but nothing to be bothered by (by our standards.) Would highly recommend for hot pot lovers both first time and veterans to the game of hot pot. Tomyum was great choice between spice and mild with great flavor!
