We had our first hot pot experience at the Bronze Empire. Broth of choice boils at the table and you cook meats, seafood, and veggies in it; then scoop out and dip in your custom made sauces. We had thin ribeye, pork belly, shrimp, squid, fish, shitake mushrooms, bok choy, broccoli, tofu, lotus root, and udon/glass noodles. Grilled skewers of lamb, pork belly, and steak. Quite possibly the best hot pot you can get in Denver. The portions are very generous, the price is decent. Make sure you order the lamb skewers because it's some of the most delicious lamb I've had the privilege of eating. The staff are very attentive and accommodating. The best selection of ingredients I've seen for hot pot.

I have to give a shout out to Tony at the Bronze
Empire. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and had great recommendations. He made sure our drinks were always full and that we were enjoying our meal. He went above and beyond, and we will be back because of the great service.
