This was my 1st time eating here.
The menu had alot of options.
The portions are big.
The appetizer part of the menu has alot to choose from.
There are so many different kinds of cheesecakes to choose from.
I would recommend this restaurant.

The Cheesecake Factory is undoubtedly the best place for great cheesecake.
I tried the mango-lime cheesecake and it was pretty tasty, though it wasn’t as good as their chocolaty flavors.
The entrees were fairly tasty as well, but not as good as one would hope, paying $25-$30 for each one.
The wait to get seated was considerably longer than we were told, especially since it was a weekend, so be prepared for a very long wait to get in!

A bloody good choccy milkshake with some elite chocolate cake. Also the menu had everything you could think of on it. Pleasantly surprised. Had a blast.

Came here for Lunch, I ordered the Factory Turkey Burger. Portion was great. We also ordered Rene's Special, that Came with Half a sandwich, a soup and a salad. The portion size was great and we couldn't finish!
Was a nice quiet lunch and staff was great. Barbara was our server and she was super helpful and patient.

This place is going downhill, especially at the bar! What once used to be a great institution of great bartenders ,has now settled for bad actors ,and fall apart bartenders! Food is long waited,Service is lacking, courteous behavior, lack of standards is dying, one women bartender was coughing all over the place when I was last there ,not washing her hands and serving and spreading viruses! They are back there in front of customers :gossiping ,with no respect to the customers, laughing loud like in a grade school tenure, I don’t see this much activity at other locations, it has become chaotic! the heart of what made this a good graded place is now dysfunctional at its best! The food will always stand alone good, yet it’s failure is occurring at the staff level ,it destroys the the full whole experience! they need to be mindful at the staff levels they are choosing ,and the impact they leave on the public! People are in these dark time economically , when people alone are not able to afford these institutions, at best and then have to fall into chaotic atmospheres, with there lack of concern for the public experiences and lasting impressions! Some walk away with no word and no return! I at least will not! They need better ,new changes in staff and conduct ,ASAP!

We had a 6 pm reservation and made it that time specifically to make it to a show on time and we got sat almost 30 minutes after our reservation and then when we were finally sat, they sat us at a table that didn’t comfortably fit the 7 people we had reserved for. We had to rush to order and eat and I feel like if you cannot seat reservations at their reservation time and not accommodate a certain amount in a party then you should not be taking reservations or reservations for that amount of people.
Diverse menu, Matt was a great server, huge portions, and amazing cheesecake. The “warmed Brie” appie was lacking. Completely cold and they brought us another but didn’t even eat it as it was barely over cold too. Overall consistent for Cheesecake Factory. Girlfriends first time from canada so good place for dinner.

I ordered an Asian style pasta dish, that was so delicious. I couldn't finish it, so guess what I had for dinner that night. It was so good. I also had a slice of plain New York style cheesecake. I was in heaven.

What a let down. The server was great but the food was terrible. I only ordered the shrimp appetizer with a side of rice and husband got a bowl. It took almost 45 minutes to get our food. Im pretty sure they forgot it and was not even warm. I didn't even bother with dessert and will never try the place again.

My burger was ordered medium and it was practically raw :( I was so disappointed and upset because I couldn’t eat it. The tiramisu cake was really good and so was the side salad. My fiancé enjoyed the dolce de leche cheesecake.

My dad had his 85th birthday at the Cheesecake Factory and he said it was his best birthday ever! The staff is amazing! Our waiter made dad feel like he was the most importantly person in the room. The GM was so kind to make dad a very special birthday cake and it met his unique dietary restrictions. They did this on one of the most busy days of the year.,, December 31st! I cannot thank them enough for making this special occasion even more special for my family! ❤️

Ordered 2 soups a cheesecake and some wontons for pickup. Both orders of soup were half full and between the both of them only had one piece of chicken. I spent $25 on the soups alone it’s extremely disappointing. There was no lid of the sauce for the wontons so it spilled everywhere and they ended up soggy.
