Well I placed a pick up order for a later scheduled time. Well one component, the easiest one to make, was not prepped. So my order was placed around 10:40am and left there at 11:44. One thing I can say about the store is the staff has always been great and never had any issues with the food and loved my buddy being the manager always helped. Today was one of those days I guess and cannot give a full set of stars. I blame the 16th street name change.

We had the best restaurant experience we've had in a long time at the Cheesecake factory this past weekend. The atmosphere was perfect. We were placed in a large booth with plenty of room for our whole party. Our server Quinn was absolutely excellent in every possible way. From charisma, to dish recommendations, accommodating the requests of the children and knowing when exactly we needed him or when to let us be, he was perfect. We have done so many things on our trip to Denver and the children have said their favorite part was The Cheesecake Factory, and Quinn, and of course, the actual delicious cheesecake. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

I love it there... but, I made a 5:30 reservation for Happy Hour in downtown Denver. They sat us in the restaurant, but then told us the Happy Hour was only in the bar area. There was no reference to that on the website and I was not told on the phone when I made the "Happy Hour reservations", and I was shocked. The manager kindly gave us the Happy Hour menu after I asked. They were great. But corporate needs to make the very CLEAR on the reservations website.

They say you go for the food and come back for the service. For me that would be the case. Our server was authentic and honest with recommendations. And for that I ended up ordering something different and loved it. I can say you get value for cost here that is for sure. The dishes aren’t small. My daughter got pastas from the kids menu and was an adult portion. There were also a lot of options (they could tone down the menu). Certainly a great place for a Saturday lunch if you’re visiting Denver or local looking for a change.

Hair in food- manager said, “ohh it’s so loud in the lobby let me find a phone where I can hear you” then passed on to a rando employee so he didn’t have to deal with it. Overpriced, processed, and unprofessional.

It really is an enjoyable, fun experience. The waiter we had was simply outstanding! The food is maybe slightly better than average-no complaints at all. Honestly, it is so outrageously expensive that I probably won't be returning for quite a while, but then that's basically happening to everything.

I love Cheesecake Factory, but this one stood out above the rest. They didn't lack on a single thing. Food, service, drinks, cleanliness, welcoming atmosphere, etc.

Our server was terrific and the food was delicious! The special was salmon and it was yummy! We will make this an annual tradition for Nana and granddaughters to have lunch and then see the Nutcracker.
