I love it there... but, I made a 5:30 reservation for Happy Hour in downtown Denver. They sat us in the restaurant, but then told us the Happy Hour was only in the bar area. There was no reference to that on the website and I was not told on the phone when I made the "Happy Hour reservations", and I was shocked. The manager kindly gave us the Happy Hour menu after I asked. They were great. But corporate needs to make the very CLEAR on the reservations website.

They say you go for the food and come back for the service. For me that would be the case. Our server was authentic and honest with recommendations. And for that I ended up ordering something different and loved it. I can say you get value for cost here that is for sure. The dishes aren’t small. My daughter got pastas from the kids menu and was an adult portion. There were also a lot of options (they could tone down the menu). Certainly a great place for a Saturday lunch if you’re visiting Denver or local looking for a change.

Hair in food- manager said, “ohh it’s so loud in the lobby let me find a phone where I can hear you” then passed on to a rando employee so he didn’t have to deal with it. Overpriced, processed, and unprofessional.

It really is an enjoyable, fun experience. The waiter we had was simply outstanding! The food is maybe slightly better than average-no complaints at all. Honestly, it is so outrageously expensive that I probably won't be returning for quite a while, but then that's basically happening to everything.

The food is good but someone needs to call the health department because the dairy fridge smells like death!! They don't properly wash their strawberries with the Ecolab stuff they're supposed to use, they don't properly clean out the container where they keep the cherries they reuse the strawberries with the juice instead of giving it to the bar, they don't properly wash their cutting utensils or even wash the metal areas where they keep the utensils it literally has mold in their the walk in fridge where they keep cheesecakes on hand in the bakery is dirty & never scrubbed clean they don't even have a manager walk around & do inventory it's just a star baker & they believe everything she write all while lying on paperwork honestly someone needs to report this location to linda, or brian management there is horrible wanna know why all the female managers are fat??!!! Because if corporate watches the cameras they will see they sit down for like an hour or 2 everyday eating lunch while having leads run the line instead of having their lunch during manager meetings once a week!!! I promise if corporate looks into this place everyone will be fired because from the outside it looks nice but once you walk through that kitchen health code violations all day & there is freaking mold on the floor in the walk in & no one properly cleans it they just throw some hot water on it DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU CAN SEE THAT THEY PASSED THEIR RECENT ECO SURE & HEALTH DEPARTMENT INSPECTIONS!!!!!
