My favorite café in all of Denver! The food is delicious. The vibes are immaculate. And the whole building is full of amazing thoughtful businesses like Balanced Root apothecary and Rooted Heart yoga and wellness.

My favorite cafe in town!
I absolutely love the corner beet. For being Gluten Free and Dairy Free this place is a gem! There are tons of options and the atmosphere is so welcoming and blissful with all the plants and artwork. The food is phenomenal as well as the coffee, juices and teas. ALSO a HUGE fan of the gf/df donuts, they are made fresh daily in-house and taste INCREDIBLE. Best gf/df donuts in denver. If you haven’t been here, it’s a must.

Always friendly service, amazing juices, and the coziest vibes. A great place to do work, catch up with friends, and get your immunity shot in! I also love that there is a highly visible bike rack right outside.

This is the cafe of my dreams
Loved our Thai salad and breakfast burrito. Fresh and balanced and delicious. The tumeric in the latte was not used sparingly, making it a real event. Don’t know why the description starts with ‘juice bar’ - it’s definitely a cafe Updated from previous review on 2025-12-29
They were out of beets and said it was for the next few days when I came. I went ahead and got a bakery item to be supportive and it was pricey. All they did was hand it to me and yet they charged me a substantial tip that was mandatory. I didn’t complain, but I just don’t see that practice anywhere else and I think it’s a bad practice. I typically tip but I don’t like it whenever you just take it out of my pocket for a wrapped premade item regardless. It’s just bad policy—pay your workers with higher prices upfront instead of sneak attacks on the back-end. You didn’t even have what I wanted that day which is in your name. No one was mean or anything but they were not overly friendly either. But they were fine. I think their policy is messed up and that comes from the top. I won’t be back.

Maybe I’m hard to impress, but serving plain unseasoned fruits & veggies (cucumber, tomatoes, olives…etc) around plain Greek yogurt for $20 seems like a rip off. It had one piece of bread that was seasoned well cut in half to complement it. I left hungry and disappointed.
Vegetarian restaurant need to do better and come up with unique ways to enhance the flavor of their food. I think they tried to do this with the picked veggies but it just tasted extremely sour. The meal was overall flavorless and I could’ve made the same thing better at home for much less.
I don’t think I’ll be returning. The service was fine and the food tasted fresh. Also, the menus were dirty. 🫠

As visitors from Austin, this felt like a hidden gem. The menu was fantastic and so were the actual items. The potatoes were out of the world and highly recommend these. Liked the bread on the sandwiches as well.

Great food! They also have a pleasant sidewalk dining area, which was unfortunately marred by the street construction right in front. We tried a peach golden cake, which was really good, but one person was disappointed because she said it tasted “vegan.” Also tried the Bahn Mi, the Florentine benedict, and the thai salad. Would go again. Counter service with food brought to your table. There was a constant line to order on a Saturday morning. Updated from previous review on 2025-11-16
The corner beet has excellent food & service - I attend the Monday open mics occasionally & when they didn’t have an extra cook - thee served everyone free food with ONE COOK to makeup for it. They take care of their people. Thank you guys🤍
