The only reason I'm rating 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the unprofessional responses to other reviews, which is alarming to see, especially as someone who likes this place and wants them to be successful. You would be better off not responding to reviews at all rather than arguing with customers over feedback you disagree with.

Nestled in the cozy neighborhood of Cap Hill, this community-driven cafe is one of my happy places. If you're also looking for something to do, they usually always have intimate events to go to throughout the month, just check their calendar. Plus, the staff are so cute and friendly! Cozy spot to relax in the morning. The food here was great. Their fried potatoes were as crisp as can be without being overcooked or burnt. I also had the lions mane sandwich with eggs and salad. Loved the way the sandwich came together and it didn't slow me down. It was pretty energizing for a morning breakfast. I'm not a vegan/vegetarian but I really like the food.

One of the best things about Colorado is how genuinely friendly people are. Everywhere you go, folks are warm and welcoming. I don’t expect a full conversation before I order, but if I ask what drinks you recommend, I’d hope for an actual suggestion—not just “that’s the menu.”
The food? Absolutely incredible. No complaints there—Corner Beet nailed it. The service? Let’s just say the food had to carry the entire experience.
Gratuity is already included… which makes sense. Because otherwise, I doubt many people would feel inclined to tip after service like this.

The corner beet quickly became my home away from home. The food is incredible and clearly made with care. The staff are friendly and make an effort to learn your name. The sunshine and plants in the windows make this a perfect spot for your morning coffee and journaling routing.
