I came here after a medicine retreat, and am still sitting with certain food requirements, which they were able to accommodate. The staff were so lovely and sweet and helpful in understanding what I was seeking nourishment wise, and double checking the ingredients to ensure I was able to stay as close to dieta as I integrate back in a city.
A really great addition to the already robust vegetarian and vegan options on Cap Hill. Don't skip the tofu Banh Mi, I've had it twice and I will almost certainly order it again next time.
I chose to celebrate my birthday here, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I could’ve made. From the moment I walked through the door, I was warmly welcomed by the staff—especially Miri, whose kindness and attentiveness stood out. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel not just like a customer, but like a valued guest. They created an atmosphere that felt both personal and celebratory, making the day feel genuinely special.
For my meal, I ordered the loaded breakfast burrito, and it absolutely lived up to its name. It was a hearty, flavorful wrap generously filled with fluffy scrambled eggs, sharp cheddar cheese, crispy golden potatoes, hearty black beans, and a cool, tangy dollop of sour cream. Every bite was a perfect combination of textures and flavors—comforting and satisfying without being too heavy.
The ambiance of the space added even more to the experience. The entire place was adorned with lush, thriving plants—each one clearly cared for with attention and love. It’s always a good sign when a place takes such good care of its greenery; it speaks volumes about the pride they take in their environment and the level of service they’re likely to offer. And in this case, the service was as exceptional as the atmosphere.
I adore this cute little cafe. All the food is delicious AND healthy. My belly always feels great after eating here. Basically everything can be made gluten free, which makes it hard to choose! The breakfast burrito bowl has been my favorite thing that I've ordered. I also love the superfood lattes!
Delicious! Got the basic breakfast sandwich in vegan gluten-free and it was stellar! Nice textures and very flavorful! The breakfast burrito and tricolor potatoes were also good as was the lemonade! The vegan gf soy free bourbon apple donut was also great! Love the apothecary and natural gifts store there too.
The Beet is THE place to go if you’re looking for quality, mindfully sourced, delicious vegetarian/vegan food. Intimate setting but large enough to go with a group and be comfortable, funky decor and plants, and shaded outdoor seating. Love all of the community events they host on this block as well.
This place desperately needs some operational help. There’s always a long line to order (even with plenty of empty tables) and only one register running. Last visit: 30 minutes to order, 40 more to get our food. The kitchen delivers (love the vegan options), but the front of house is a mess. Some staff are flustered but kind; others are straight-up rude. We’ve been snapped at more than once, and it wasn’t just us… check the other reviews. The vibe is grimy (hello, dusty light fixtures), and customer service is clearly an afterthought. Come if you have time to kill and patience to spare, the food is good.
Nice vibe
I had the summer strawberry salad and it’s good
It’s 30$ for a salad and one matcha drink.
Favorite local spot in cap hill. The staff really makes this place special, they are al so kind and attentive.
Food and drinks are always proper, try their fresh juice or perhaps the golden milk. Baked goods on point as well.
The spot feels like a community hub. The herb apothecary connected next door is a unique spot offering many herbs and plant medicines.
We looooove the corner beet and are so grateful for it in the neighborhood!
The Corner Beet – Savor the Wellness, Sip the Healing🌿⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Every now and then, you stumble upon a place that doesn’t just serve food—it serves experience. That’s The Corner Beet in Denver, Colorado.
Tucked into a cozy neighborhood nook, The Corner Beet is not just a vegetarian café and juicery—it’s a moment of pause in a world that moves too fast. The vibe is immediately warm, with sunlight pouring through the windows, eclectic decor wrapping you in boho-chic charm, and a sense of calm that invites you to exhale deeply and stay awhile.
From the moment you walk in, you're met with top-tier customer service—the kind that feels like being welcomed home. You’re not just another order. You’re part of something deliciously intentional.
Let’s talk food. Words might do it a disservice, because your taste buds will do the real storytelling. Whether you're digging into their avocado toast layered with flavor, a breakfast sandwich with just the right crunch, or a decadent vegan or gluten-free treat that somehow makes you feel lighter than air—this is not just vegetarian food. It’s food for the soul. (Please verify treat options when visiting)
Now the juices? Oh honey, these are liquid life. Cold-pressed and crafted with care, they taste like someone bottled up sunshine and wellness just for you. And the superfood lattes? Your body knows something magical is happening before your first sip is done. There’s this moment when the matcha or golden turmeric hits your system and your cells just whisper, thank you.
Whether you're a local or just passing through, The Corner Beet isn’t just a stop. It’s a must. A reset. A gift to your senses.
Remember, if it’s great, we be at it. And The Corner Beet? We. Be. At. It. 💫

I loved that you could sub eggs for tofu scramble or just egg. I went with an a la cart and just got avocado toast with tofu scramble. They had vegan sweet treats so I was all about that!
Great options, nice variety, amazing combinations of flavor!
Wow, the food is fantastic! They had everything I was craving and more. Most of their items can be made vegan. Not pictured is a delicious GF Banh Mi sandwich that I gobbled up immediately. Strongly recommend when in the area ⭐️
Love a good brekkie sammy and appreciate they had vegan options!!!
Perfectly prepared! What a delicious breakfast sandwich! It had all the thing, spicy, umami, and crispy! Comes with a simple salad with homemade dressing. Get the coconut donut to round off your meal with a sweet treat. 🖤 Updated from previous review on 2025-03-01
