I’ve tried this place twice. Drinks are okay. I’ve tried 4 cocktails - non of them being espresso martinis. Still need some tweaking. Staff is very friendly - however I waited 35 minutes for a drink the last time as there was one server for the entire restaurant and their drinks take time to make. (20% gratuity included). The food was great- had a charcuterie board and deviled eggs. Atmosphere- dark. I had a pretty drink and the lighting made it look like a bland green color.
Def potential here however, Not sure I would go back unless to try an espresso martini.

Over priced, bad service. Totally ignored when there was only one other table. Bartender was to busy chatting up others that came in after us. Had to walk up to the bar to get our drinks once they were finally made. 20% “tip” automatically added to the tab. I will say it was an interesting space, but I wont go back or recommend.

The Devil’s Drink in Denver is the kind of place I accidentally find while wandering around at night like a lost goth raccoon, and then immediately decide it owns a piece of my soul. Dim lights, spooky vibes, and just enough chaos in the air to make you wonder if you’re about to have a life changing conversation or summon something by mistake. Either way, I was in.
The drinks were wild in the best way. Strong, dramatic, and clearly made by someone who understands that cocktails should feel a little dangerous. Every sip tasted like bad decisions and excellent memories. The bartenders were cool without being try-hard, friendly but still mysterious, like they definitely listen to goth music on their days off and know at least one secret about the building.
I’ve been drifting around the US chasing weird bars and darker corners, and this place instantly felt like home. The music, the shadows, the people watching, it all came together into this cozy little hellscape I didn’t want to leave. If you like your drinks strong, your vibes spooky, and your nights slightly unhinged, The Devil’s Drink is absolutely worth it. I’d crawl out of my coffin and come back again.

Absolutely amazing! They answered the phone AND helped us with my sister in a wheelchair. Drinks are DELICIOUS! Bartender was so friendly, Christy? Forgot her name after a drunk night but absolutely recommend for first timers and visitors in Colorado.

One of my favorite bars in the city. All the bartenders are very knowledgeable and the cocktails are unreal. Great for a date spot or pool with the boys. Special shout out to Keanu for the great service.
The drinks are good and very strong. Names of the drinks are hilarious. Will 100% be back.

Honestly I had such a great time UNTIL it came to the bill. The place never explained that they would not be able to itemize the bill with the people we had. That was a little frustrating having to pay a bunch of extra $$ for drinks that weren't mine when there IS a way to itemize the bill

Charcuterie board was $20 and literally had two crackers on it. Drinks were average. Service was horrible. Nobody took our order for at least half an hour, then they lost our ticket, and it was over an hour before we actually got our drinks. Then it took forever to try and get our check. Not worth the wait.

Made a reservation for Halloween to finally check out The Devil's Drink. We came early, before what I am assuming was a rush. First the hostess was so nice it was such a nice welcome. Our server was just ok, he did send me the wrong drink at one point and didn't put an order for a bite that I had ordered and wasn't the friendliest at first. The drinks were good. But, the bites by Naughty Cooking Co. were amazing!! I wish I got a pic of the white fish crudo before I devoured it but it was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. The tempura artichokes were amazing as well. I will def be coming back for the bites for sure! Overall I loved the red lighting and the vibe. I look forward to trying it again.

I'd love to tell you more but the smell of sewage made me leave before the bartender could take my order

Rico from Puerto Rico was incredible—warm, fun, and full of energy. He crafted me a drink that was pure magic: tropical, smooth, and unforgettable. Truly amazing!
