I had an espresso to assess the quality of their coffee. The beans seemed to be over-roasted, and the espresso was over-extracted. The espresso-making technique and bean quality are subpar compared to other good coffee places in the Denver area. While I was excited to have found a place that shares my Christian values, I will have to visit other cafes with different leanings for their delicious coffee. I would not recommend this place.

Very good, relaxing coffee shop that was open late enough to allow my wife and I to get some much needed coffee around 4pm on a Saturday. The gingerbread latte is great.

My breakfast pesto brioche sandwich (made in house!) and pink drink were delicious. Elizabeth took our order and she was super friendly. Also loved to see Scripture on the wall and the piano is a nice touch. Great food, great mission. Will definitely be back soon!
