great dim sum for the area. be careful and check the receipt though - they may mix up charges (by accident or on purpose, who knows). they charged us $18 for a small plate of vegetables that i know was cheaper on the menu. but anyways, it’s well worth the extra caution because the dim sum is excellent!

I've been ordering their lunch specials recently and the quality of the food is great. I am always pleased with the ingredients and taste. Good fried rice too. I would give 5 stars if they put more meat into the dishes. For the price I think there should be a bit more.
Chinese restaurant makes you feel like you are in China or Hong Kong
Unfortunately most of our order of dimsum were reheat and not tasty. It’s chewy and hard.
Perhaps dinner better ?

Bunk for to-go orders. Completely wrong, no help when I called. No refund, nothing. Good spot to eat in at, but DONT ORDER TO-GO
I’ve never eaten here but I have made collages with the flyers they send in the mail. They have a great variety of buns and dumplings that look delicious! The attached picture is the collage mentioned above

Ordered sesame shrimp for takeout! Delicious and timely. So far the best sesame shrimp I’ve had in CO.

Went here for an early family dinner/late lunch. Food was delicious and service was super. The staff was friendly and very accommodating to my large family. Thank you!

The Empress was okay, but not my favorite. I definitely prefer Star Kitchen for both dim sum and lunch/dinner. I’m not quite sure why this place gets so much love on Reddit - it didn’t really live up to the hype for me. I ordered several entrées, and honestly, they were pretty underwhelming.
That said, the steamed fish was stellar - my husband and I devoured it. If I came back, it would probably be just for that.

The drunken noodles were delicious😋 The staff was friendly and very attentive. I feel like the prices were super reasonable too. We got wayyy too much food for 2 people, probably 2 meals worth with lots of leftovers (i got drunken noodles, he got mango chicken, and we shared a scallion pancake, fried pork buns, and baked pork buns) and the total was only like $50!

Came here with a group of 12 people and this was one of the Chinese restaurants we found that was compatible for the number of people as well. We ordered a bunch of stuff, tofu, fish, soup, bok choy, peking duck, rice, and more that I don’t even remember. We all enjoyed the food, it all came out super quickly, and the waiter was friendly and joked with us evry now and then.
