My favorite distillery in denver. It is fantastic. The different options and whiskey's are just perfect. The food pairings are great as well. I am moving and will miss this place SO much
Great atmosphere with a unique, almost theatrical bar setup that stands out. Excellent selection of spirits — definitely a place for people who appreciate quality and craft. The location is amazing, the vibe is refined without being stiff, and the dress code adds a nice touch. Highly recommend.
Drinks were great and service was good too. I DO NOT recommend ordering the meat & cheese board. Half the meat came out looking grey and the cheese was very bad. The crackers were stale. It is clear they pre-package them and keep them in a fridge. Definitely not what you would expect for $24. At LEAST add the crackers after so they aren’t soft? Luckily the person I was with was starving or we would’ve sent it back.
