Fun atmosphere. The food is more Americanized than Asian as the food is overly seasoned and salted. I did enjoy it but it is far from being authentic.

It's ridiculous to have something on the menu and not be completely ready to fully serve all customers that may come in for the night. Being out of something on your menu and not fully prepared to serve all potential customers that may come in is just absolutely absurd. ... Especially for the quality of being a Michelin star restaurant. Now everyone else gets what they wanted for their order in my group except for me. It's extremely irritating experience that I have to order something that I don't want because what I wanted isn't available . I hope everyone else gets to enjoy their meal
Was suggested by a peep i meet at a hot springs about 500 miles away. Smells fantastic in here!! There's gonna have to be several return trips. Based off of the smell alone. Love all the multi colored lanterns on the ceiling. Veronica was the hostess. Veronica is great. My waitress is also fantastic. My mocktail also fantastic. I ordered a cink it. The ladies next to me ordered Cheech and Chongs. Erica and Billy are spectacular. It's new years eve. Can't wait till my food gets here. Oh man! Speak of the devel!! I ordered La Zi Ji chicken and Lou Song Tang. Holy amazballs! Both of these items make me tingle with unadulterated glee? I say good show. My mouth is experiencing things and feelings it never has before. Lol what fun. Touche Ginger Pig! We shall meet again....

Ginger Pig never misses. The flavors are bold, the portions are generous, and every dish tastes like it was made by someone who truly loves food. The staff is always upbeat and helpful, and the whole place just has a fun, welcoming energy. It’s one of those spots you go to once and immediately start plotting your next visit. Highly recommend!

What can i say? You must try this establishment. To earn a bin gourdmant in a city like denver is an honorable thing. To support this local restaurant is a beautiful experience! Hats off the Chef and staff. Everything about this place is 11/11

This was on my list for a while and I definitely want to go back to try all the other dishes! This is the only picture I took because I ate before my phone did 😆

I ate here when they first got on the list and it was great. Ordered last night and the brisket soup was still delicious. That was the only thing I could eat.
The eggplant and red pepper dish was so mushy 🤢 and salty.
The butter cake was a rubbery as a shoe. I was so disappointed. Why not keep up standards? Will not be going back or recommending to anyone again.
I always look forward to visiting Ginger Pig- because the food is delicious but what truly sets this place apart is the staff. Chelsea and Marissa make us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we walk in. They take such great care of us and every guest around them, creating the kind of warm and amazing experience that makes Ginger Pig feel like a favorite neighborhood spot. It’s rare to find a restaurant where the food and the people are both this exceptional. Highly recommend!

Ordered the potatoes from the happy hour menu and French toast as starters. The potatoes were decent and the sauce was delicious. Massive standout was the French toast. It was insane. Mochi filling between layers, crusted in coconut and fried. Crispy outer, warm soft, sweet inner. It was bomb
Had Tom yum noodles and the char siu for the mains and the char siu was nutty good. Somehow the pork was tender to the point it was like the consistency of bread. Just absolutely on point. Crispy skin and soft, soft inside. Was fantastic. I couldn't get enough. The Tom yum was also delicious, noodles were perfect amount of firm and chewy and the sauce was amazing. They gave us some pickled vegetables as a consolation for the Tom yum being late due to going to the wrong table and those were fantastic too. Perfect pallate cleanser.
A little loud but could still hold a conversation. I think it was the guests and not the design of the place. Small place but not overly cramped. They did a good job with not stuffing too many tables inside.

Let me tell you that no matter what dish you order here you can’t go wrong. Each dish is full of flavor and rich textures. Jeremy was so attentive and made us feel well taken care of. The drinks were delicious and do not get me started on the atmosphere and all the attention to detail in the decor. There’s a beautiful mural and even the bathrooms had amazing wallpaper. If you’re looking for authentic Asian food this is the place.
