I don't know what kind of person briefly interacted with spanish cuisine and made their menu but we didn't get chillaquiles, we got nachos. You simmer the chips in a salsa/sauce whereas we were provided with tortilla chips right out of the bag. They didn't even have guacamole or beans despite being listed as ingredients.

The rose cardamom oat milk latte he made was not only delicious but also felt truly one-of-a-kind. The stylish, cozy atmosphere adds to the charm, but it’s the exceptional service that makes the experience stand out. I’d come back here specifically for the barista.

A group of friends and I had brunch here this past weekend. Due to the weather being a little chilly, diners opted to sit inside instead of the patio, so reservations were affected. The bartender/hostess Megan was incredibly accommodating and comped a round of drinks while we waited. Our group had the tacos, huevos rancheros and quiche. All of it was delicious and beautifully plated. I look forward to going back w my family. Shout out to Matt our excellent server!

Came here last night for a work happy hour and the bartender on staff last night (11/4) was amazing. She was so kind and accommodating. I wish I caught her name. The aesthetic of this place is incredible but there’s so many nice places in Denver with okay service. Goldfinch was so nice and had wonderful service. The cocktails were also so good. For those that don’t drink, they have great mocktails too!
