Great food and service

Gnome-themed sandwich restaurant. Every sandwich we ordered was delicious, but the highlight were the fries. Would highly recommend the reuben, chicken cutlet, pizza, and carne asada sandwiches, but you can't go wrong with the others. Make sure to get a side of fries!

Went here with my adult kids and about 20 of their friends, I also had my service dog with me. Upon arrival, I asked a server that was clearing some tables if she wanted me to enter the patio area from the parking lot gate or through the front door, at which she snapped "Dog's aren't allowed on the patio" too which I responded "Yes he is permitted because he is a service dog" at which point she went inside. To avoid any complications, I asked my son to go inside and show my dogs papers, confirming that he is a registered service animal, something I am Not required to do. After this issue was cleared up, we all entered the patio area and had a very nice time with good food and drinks and a great wait staff!

Great atmosphere! Sandwich was on par and the French onion soup did the job!

Food was mediocre - Got a Cuban and a Rueben.... nothing special. Service was pretty good - there was a gentleman and a lady that sat/served us. The lady was quite pleasant. The gentleman seemed a little cold and distant. The reason for the 1 star is this sad excuse for an American flag they had flying out front..... might be time to change it. This amount of tattering isn't something that happens overnight, seems they have been flying this tattered and torn flag for quite a while. Absolutely unnaceptable.

Nice large area with some patio seating. Good beer choices and flavors. I’d probably go a 4.5 on the food since the sandwiches are made fresh and most of them are pretty big, but the mozzarella and tomato one sort of left a lot to be desired.

Delicious sandwich, appreciate the gluten free option & the bread wasn't like cardboard! Potato salad was very good as well. Will definitely be back!

This is hands down the best value and quality in all of Denver. This isn't just another sandwich shop. The variety in the menu and the quality of ingredients makes this the best food I've ever tried. Service is amazing, the atmosphere is immaculate and the occasional shows and small concerts they put on every week make this my favorite place in town. Try the Taylor Ham, Egg and Cheese or the NYC Chopped burger and it will change your life!

I don't know how this place only has a 4.5 star. Great sandwiches that you can customize and a good selection of beer! They even have an ok parking lot for the location!

Sandwiches and fries are on point but the service is absolutely horrendous. It’s as if they train their staff to purposely ignore you once you’re seated. It takes an eternity to get anything, and most of the staff is pretty rude. It feels like you’re inconveniencing the staff when you’re just trying to put a drink or food order in. Last few times here the place wasn’t overly busy but it still took about 30 minutes just to get our drinks then another 25 just to put a food order in. This used to be one of our favorite spots in Denver and we used to come here a lot, but the last few times the service has turned us off to the entire establishment. It’s disappointing because the foods decent. Their beer stinks and the owner just chills at the end of the bar deleting beers. If you’re gonna go here order take out don’t dine in, not worth it.

Wife and I found this place buzzing on DenverFood Reddit, so we made the trip across town to visit here this past Friday afternoon. We both had really great deli sandwiches - which for Denver is quite the accomplishment. There was a big problem though ... while I tipped the 'new normal' 20% on the post-tax...I was pretty bummed to notice that our waiter had helped himself to a few extra bucks. On our lunch bill, he ended up inflating his tip by almost 50%.When he entered the Total (+ tip) amount into the credit card terminal, he felt like STEALING money from me was cool, and also assuming apparently most people don't look at their statements? I have worked in several restaurants. Always check your card statements against your receipts.I had tipped this guy like 27% on the pre-tax amount, it's not like I was stiffing him. We had 100% planned on going back, now not very likely.

My boyfriend and I used to come here often. The food is usually consistent which brings us back. The service over the past 2 years we’ve been coming here is severely going downhill. It should not take 15 minutes for a server to come to our table when the restaurant is literally half empty. Then another 15 minutes to get a beer. When it is busy the owner is sitting at the bar getting drunk rather than helping his employees. The bigger waitress is so rude and visibly bothered by having to do her job. We tried one last time this past Saturday 3/30/24 and it’ll be our last. 35 minutes from the time we sat to get drinks to our table with 7 people on the floor and several empty tables.
