The inventing room was incredible! Chef Ian showed us how he made a bunch of candy using liquid nitrogen and we got to sample a bunch of different things. The glow in the dark cotton candy was a blast and the ice cream sundae was yummy. I love the 80s theme and will definitely come back again.

We traveled from California to see this amazing inventing room! We were blown away by the education, the mastery, and the amazing tastes offered by one of the best small businesses I’ve ever been to. My niece now has an inquisitiveness about science and food, so it will be something we build on! The ice cream was seriously the best I’ve ever had and can’t wait to come back!
