El Costeñito Mexican Grill

I went in for a simple order because I was really hungry. And once I got to my last flauta, in the last couple bites I noticed a really long hair. I pulled it out, and there was meat wrapped all around it. That was extremely disappointing. I have full video of me, pulling out the hair, but it won’t let me upload it.

Also, the rice and the beans are not the best I’ve had.

This is a great place!
My boyfriend and I go there on the weekends to grab some food.
It's very quiet and kinda empty when me and him get there, probably just a great coincidence! Therefore service is fast, the blonde waitress is awesome, we love her. My boyfriend is Mexican, I am European and I don't speak much Spanish yet, but the server is always very sweet with us, and we appreciate her!!!!

Food portions are large, food is great.

I have never been treated so badly in a restaurant. After ordering 2 doubles and some tacos, the bartender tired to charge me for 7 shots. When I only had 4. She argued with me, rolled her eyes at me, walked away from me, was telling other people at the bar what was going in in Spanish so that I could not understand her. When I asked to see the itemized receipt she acted like she didn't know what I was asking. She eventually took 5 dollars off when each shot she told me cost 8.99.
The rudest person, so unprofessional, has no customer service skills and she she be fired for trying to take advantage of me and over charging me for things I never consumed or ordered.

First time going here even though I always pass by it, I was surprised by the food! Had the Shredded beef chimichanga which was the special of the day for Friday and was very tasty and a very generous portion.

I ordered last night And I can confidently say those are probably the best chicken tacos I've had in a very long time. very flavorful and the meat was juicy As well with the condiments Coinciding perfectly, I also got the Flan and the portion size was great with it being perfectly done. Definitely recommended

This place wouldn't allow me to use the restroom before ordering a meal. I asked her if I should just urinate outside and she replied "yeah". Great service...not!
