It's a nice brunch spot, however my “Crabby Patty” bad alot of shell in it, not sure how that is being processed. But overall good.

The food was not what I was expecting. The steak and french toast had no flavor and tested like a 8th grader cooked it. They need to fire the chef and find a better one.

we went for breakfast on Sunday. The food was fantastic if you like comfort food. It was very quiet when we were there but it was somewhat early for a Sunday morning on St Patrick's Day weekend. The neighborhood isn't great but I'd go back again for sure.

Drinks took over 30 min to arrive at the table. Our order wasn't taken for nearly an hour, the appetizer came out after the meals. Ordered the deviled eggs on our last visit and we couldn't wait to get them again. This time they were so wet and FULL of mustard nobody could stomach them, they were absolutely disgusting! Overall it was a subpar experience. It did get very busy towards the end of our meal but there was no excuse for the lack of service prior to that. Won't be returning again.

Our server was Jackie and she was great! We were late for our reservation and they were so understanding and flexible. The bottomless mimosas were excellent and they kept them coming. All of our food was delicious. I hope to come back when it's warmer so I can sit outside.

Good food and service. Brunch is crowded so it's a little loud and the heat inside was high. I was sitting near the window, so I was very hot.

When you walk in to the lobby, there is an immersive presentation that seems enchanting! Absolutely beautiful ambiance and atmosphere on the main level. When going down stairs.... Meh. Not so much. We walked down into what appeared similar to a small college dining hall, or that of a small town vfw meal hall. We were shoved into a corner, and left to sit for about 20 mins before a young lady came and took our orders. Nothing was explained, so we eventually found menus on line, and just sat..... sat and sat.... Waiting for our water. Once she came back, I ordered the French toast, but let's face it, I was there for the mimosas! And my partner took his usual wevos rancheros. He was brought back something less than remarkable and I was brought 4 overly fried triangles of bread, that looked nothing like the pictures. Sub par at best. The mimosas tasted heavily of champagne..... with minimal orange juice but the juice was not sweet, it had more of a bitter flavor. Not what you would desire to balance the already bitter champagne. But for 20 dollars bottomless and they specifically say “no sharesies” I wasn't going to do one and done. I was able to hold two, and then paid and left. Over all would I be willing to do it again..... No. but could the concept work? Absolutely!

Unfortunately, the service was not good at all! I give people the benefit of the doubt however it was so poor. Didn't receive water for 30 minutes upon sitting, our drink order was taken but not received for 45 minutes and we didn't get refills for bottomless mimosas unless we asked. Food order was wrong and received after and an hour and 45 minutes of sitting...we had an escape room booked and thought 2 hours would be enough time to eat and drink but we were shoving in our food and begging for the check so we weren't late but we ended up being late to escape room. This was for a bday party and there were only 5 at our table so it's not like we were a huge group. :( I felt badly because I recommended it but it was disappointing.

The Lobby is historic and fun. Even without a reservation I don't think there'd be a wait. There's a variety of food and drinks for everyone. The parking situation is non-existent but that's downtown. Nothing crazy wow but service was great and the food was decent so that's a win.

No food pics today because I gobbled it up so fast! Had a great experience, sat on the patio and had a great vibe in the sun. Service is fast, friendly, and food lives up to the hype. Jackie is great, super friendly and down to earth and made our experience a good one.

JACKIE IS THE GOAT. This place blew my mind. Food was immaculate, service with Jackie was unmatched. Always made sure we were taken care of when needed and just the sweetest woman I’ve ever had as a service.
Felt like I was in Italy sitting on the patio. Love this city and will definitely come back to The Lobby.

It would have been a better experience but my French toast and hash browns were not hot at all. I was disappointed because I expected the food to be hot even though we arrived a little late and it was our first time there..My Mimosa was not cold but warm..Is that the way they should be served? It was my birthday and I told the hostess, but no acknowledgement by the restaurant. The waitress did acknowledge when we left. The eggs were not great and again not hot. We spent 130.00 dollars on the bill, so I would have expected hot food especially on this day my birthday. They had cancelled my reservation prior to the 15 min grace period and then the employee who cancelled it was very nonchalant about it and did not apologize. I was very unhappy about our food not being hot. I think this could have easily been a 4 star experience if they had made our food fresh. Just because we arrived a little later than the reservation, I assumed the kitchen would make sure we had properly hot food. I am def going to reach out to management in the morning to voice my concerns. The atmosphere was nice though. The waitress was cool.
