A wonderful spot to enjoy a night out. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. Views of the lake and patio asthetic gives a classy and peaceful vibe. Karaoke nights are always so fun. Community that shows up are very friendly. Highly recommended.
I don’t ever write reviews but Corey here at the Local has definitely changed my mind. Not only was he friendly as soon as we walked in but he knew what to recommend and made great drinks. Me and my boyfriend have only lived here a few days but we keep coming back to the Local for Corey’s vibe alone.
First of all, this place does cater to people outside the community so let’s get that out of the way bc that was confusing to us. Corey helped navigate us to the entrance, to the gate off of Valencia (just tell them you are going to the Local) and recommended the quick lunch wrap with a Pina colada.
