I ordered a smothered double cheeseburger get home to a dry ass burger and some stale ass fries this is ridiculous to say I'm pissed is an understatement I'll probably never go back there again... on top of that when I called up there to say something about it the response was nasty and rude as if I was lying or something... smh do better

Such great food!
Im from out of town, and my husband recommended this place, and he was right about how good everything was.
We waited about 15 min for our food, which wasn't long at all for how busy it was. I love the option to grab a seat or go, no waiting for a go bag if you even have leftovers. The chicharones and green chili were my favorite parts.
It was clean, quick, and amazing food. I will be back and seriously recommended for everyone.

The chili ain't even the same like it used to be back in the day it's totally different you would think they changed owners it's like a paprika very disappointed not the chubbies I used to know Stella is probably turning in her grave.. just saying put some love in your food.l

I ordered a chicharron burrito and they really just grabbed a dry tortilla and added nothing but hard pieces of chicharron inside of the tortilla and called it a “burrito”. How is that a burrito? Unbelievable! The way they go about giving you your to go order and your agua fresca is so weird! Girl didn’t hand me my to go order but told me to go all the way to the left to get my agua and meanwhile while she had me waiting there for her she attended another customer and made me wait in line for my agua fresca and then she finally served me the drink and then went to attend another customer leaving my food bags behind the register for even longer. Making me wait yet again, for her to finish with other customers so that I could get my food. When I should’ve gotten it immediately! It should not be that difficult!

I stood in line behind the only operating cash register, which was manned by two workers. The second worker was chatting with the first while I patiently waited as the guests in front of me took their time ordering. They were young kids who seemed more interested in chatting with the cashiers than placing orders.

After about 3 to 5 minutes, some other guests walked in. The second cashier, who had been chatting, stepped over to the second register and started taking their orders! The cashier saw me in line but completely ignored me. I left; I won't be back.

This place has decent food been going here for years and I feel like every time I go the customer service gets worse and worse. These people need to humble their ourselves.

You call this a chicharrón burrito? They literally just tossed in some dry chicharrónes. Make sure you order a large drink so you don’t choke.

Chubbys is a Denver favorite and a must try for new comers. The best green chili in Denver and the spicy temp is perfect 🤩 f you love the hot stuff. Love the green chili cheese fries, smothered bean deluxe, and the beef smothered deluxe.

Worst customer service skillssss!!!
I placed an order and they put the sauce on the side, when I asked for a smother burrito , when I checked my order and all they said was “well you can just put the sauce on top “ like what the Ffff I am paying for a service ….who the heck puts the sauce on the sauce if your asking for a smothered burrito. ?!

Tried to call in my order this morning, but instead, I got to hear how the kitchen wasn’t cleaned by the night crew last night because the employee didn’t put me on mute. Ordered at the counter got to meet the ladies arguing about other staff members not doing their job before I could order. Food was not impressive this place needs some major improvements.
