The smothered Mexican Hamburger is my go to, never disappoints every time. Also a fan of the hard shell chicken tacos.

Wait was a little long. Burger was outstanding. Taco was meh.

It's been months since I've been to Chubbys to get my smothered fry. The last experience is horrible and this one was just as horrible. I got cold chili cheese fries with almost no Chicharron and the ladies attitude at the register was horrible. The older woman was nice the younger one had a horrible attitude I won't be returning i've years.

15.00 for 1-large smothered chili cheese fries. I will never come back at that price . Chubby’s decided to serve first responders for free and pass the cost onto the customers chubbys is the one who made that decision they should absorb that cost.

Don’t waste your time ordering ahead — it’s completely useless

There is absolutely no point in ordering ahead at The Original Chubbies. They let you place an order in advance, but they don’t actually start making it until you physically show up and announce that you’re there.

I ordered over the phone so I could walk in, grab my food, and leave quickly. Instead, when I arrived, my order hadn’t even been started. At that point, I had to cancel because the entire purpose of ordering ahead was defeated.

If they’re not going to prepare orders until the customer arrives, they shouldn’t offer an order-ahead option at all. It’s misleading, inconvenient, and a waste of your time.

First time in Denver, I had a friend refer me to Chubby's. I ordered a smothered burger; it was good. If I come back to Denver, we will be stopping in for another round.

Brutally slow. Ungodly slow. Makes-you-want-to-kill-yourself slow. And then they forgot my fries. Place is a mess.

Been a long time Customer of this chubby’s and they have really gone downhill from the customer service to the size of this burrito that was supposed to be a bean and cheese special and it’s like kid size! girl at the front with the glasses totally rude. Might have to start traveling up north for Quality and customer service for the price that you pay this is ridiculous

The worst torta! Not a place to order one.. Cold asada, cold bread.. you can’t even enjoy this food when it’s served cold. One of the older ladies was rude/embarrassing customer service. Even in foil and it still had no warmth to the touch.

And they have signs saying if your food is wrong you have to be on premises which most the time food is to go.. so no point going back cause they don’t seem to care to make it right anyway.

Good food but ladies can use better judgment..there were 3 young men and only one paid BUT when he pulled a wad of 100s n 20s the lady almost forgot me n my brother were there! So Watch out.
