So delicious!
Breakfast pasty is delicious - place deserves to be your go to in the AM when in need of stuffed hand pie goodness.
I've tried most of the pasties here and they're all great!

i had a great experience here the first time i came in a couple days back. i came in just before they closed and they still gave me the best customer service and spared the time to have a conversation. they offered to let me try their pasty of the week and it was amazing. i highly recommend this place if you’re in the area and need a quick lunch :) will definitely be coming back.

On an early Sunday morning, my last day in Denver, we stopped by The Pasty Republic and walked out with three of these delicious and generously-sized Pasties. Mine was the spinach feta which I ate 1/3 for breakfast, 1/3 for lunch on the plane, and the final 1/3 for dinner! With a British son-in-law, pasties are a staple here and abroad, and these are the best we've had on US soil! The young person serving us was delightful and clearly has pride in the product and the brand! Try it and ENJOY!

Worth every penny. I picked up a southern pasty and I’m going to need a nap. There is so much flavor in the crust and the filling. A wonderful token of childhood joy for breakfast before I run errands. The shop is nice, staff are lovely, and there’s always parking somewhere within a black. Go visit!

Great vegetarian options! My favorite has to be the vegan curry, ranchero and philosopher come in as close seconds!

This place used to be so good. I specifically came for the gluten free Miner pasty that was a taste of my home town. Now there is no gluten free so I’ll never go there again. The gluten free pastry was the best I ever tasted—it’s incredibly difficult to make a good gluten free pastry yet the original owners succeeded. Last time I went in the new owners told me the gluten free pastry wasn’t good enough. They are clueless about this. Sad the original owners sold to them.
Dietary restrictions: Original gluten free recipe was great. Now the have zero gluten free

I'm from England and love a good cornish pasty. I've tried pasties from Massachusetts to Montana, and these are by far the best I've had in America. Soft flaky pastry filled with juxy, delicious meats and vegetables, and a wonderful variety to the menu, including the classic style pasty.

Coming from a mining community in rural Minnesota, I’m a bit of a pasty snob. This place does it right. Reminds me of home!
First time visiting - the Miner pasty was so so so good! I took home a few others to try, & will definitely be back.

Had a classic patsy. Reminded me of Rockies in NJ
