I came here today and ordered a breakfast pasty and the traditional Miner pasty. The Colorado inspired breakfast pasty with maple sausage and eggs was really very good. It was spicy and sweet and was not lacking in flavor at all. God bless America. As is authentically British, the latter was severely lacking in salt and pepper. Also, the steak bits were quite dry yet tough as though they needed to be braised longer. The pasty crust on both was really excellent and it was evident that both had been crafted with care. Thank you for bringing pasties to Denver!

I buy 30-40 pasties per year and keep them in my freezer. Although the OG pasty (the Miner) is a classic and the best, I really appreciate having other options. Breakfast pasties? Hell yeah! We're so lucky in Denver to not have to order pasties by mail from the UP!

Cute little store front in Cherry Creek with lovely service and delicious pasties. I stopped in for the country road breakfast pasty and it was piping hot and oh so good. The pastry outside was fluffy and buttery with an almost pancake like flavor. Would definitely return!

If you are a fan of gooey deliciousness inside a flakey pastry....I highly recommend giving this sweet little shop a try! The owner, Matt, was happy to make recommendations and answer any questions we had. Everything was so delicious that we had to take advantage of the to-go deal and try more!!! Please, please, PLEASE ๐ put the Oktoberfest on the permanent menu!!!!!!!! It was phenomenal ๐ ๐ ๐

This is my go to spot when visiting Denver Cherry Creek. Great spot with phenomenal pasties. Matt is a fantastic host. Visited on back to back days this trip for the breakfast pasty. Love them so much I packed up an order of 12 in a cooler to take frozen back to NC. Definitely a must visit!

Okay I just want to say that was freaking bombbbbb!!!!! Im fat and I'm from the east coast so I know food. You will not be disappointed if you go here. It was flaky, meat was tender, potatos were cooked through perfect, seasoning was spot on. Thank you I really enjoyed it.
I was born in England, and my Mum lived there for her entire life until moving to the US with my dad.
These were by far the best US made pasties ive ever had. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

I needed a quick breakfast this week and found The Pasty Republic on Google. We called in to ask how long it would take (we were short on time) and the man that answered was SO helpful and informative.
When we walked in, he had our order heated up, bagged, and ready to go. He assumed we were taking it to go, so had added in a few different types of hot sauce in the bag. Once he found out we were staying, he showed us where we could grab more/different hot sauce, asked what we wanted to drink, and let us know he was there for whatever we needed. As we got ready to walk out, he thanked us for choosing this spot and said it means a lot to have the support.
All of this sounds like it should be a given, but this level of customer service is such a rarity these days. He was so friendly and inviting, and the food was DELICIOUS. I will definitely be back!
