If you are a fan of gooey deliciousness inside a flakey pastry....I highly recommend giving this sweet little shop a try! The owner, Matt, was happy to make recommendations and answer any questions we had. Everything was so delicious that we had to take advantage of the to-go deal and try more!!! Please, please, PLEASE š put the Oktoberfest on the permanent menu!!!!!!!! It was phenomenal š š š

This is my go to spot when visiting Denver Cherry Creek. Great spot with phenomenal pasties. Matt is a fantastic host. Visited on back to back days this trip for the breakfast pasty. Love them so much I packed up an order of 12 in a cooler to take frozen back to NC. Definitely a must visit!

Okay I just want to say that was freaking bombbbbb!!!!! Im fat and I'm from the east coast so I know food. You will not be disappointed if you go here. It was flaky, meat was tender, potatos were cooked through perfect, seasoning was spot on. Thank you I really enjoyed it.
I was born in England, and my Mum lived there for her entire life until moving to the US with my dad.
These were by far the best US made pasties ive ever had. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

I needed a quick breakfast this week and found The Pasty Republic on Google. We called in to ask how long it would take (we were short on time) and the man that answered was SO helpful and informative.
When we walked in, he had our order heated up, bagged, and ready to go. He assumed we were taking it to go, so had added in a few different types of hot sauce in the bag. Once he found out we were staying, he showed us where we could grab more/different hot sauce, asked what we wanted to drink, and let us know he was there for whatever we needed. As we got ready to walk out, he thanked us for choosing this spot and said it means a lot to have the support.
All of this sounds like it should be a given, but this level of customer service is such a rarity these days. He was so friendly and inviting, and the food was DELICIOUS. I will definitely be back!

I picked up 4 frozen miner pasties and a hot steak pasty to go. The steak pasty was delicious & the cheese was incorporated nicely. The miner pasties were out of this world! The best pasties outside of the U.P. by far. The crust was golden, flaky and buttery, with a handle that was sturdy, yet soft. Best pasty filling mix Iāve had besides my motherās. Great customer service in a clean, cute pasty shop. I canāt wait to try out a breakfast pasty next time! Try the Miner, it wonāt disappointā¦

Got the South of the Border (Spicy chorizo, egg, jalapeƱos, green chili, smoked chipotles, potato, onion, Cheddar, adobo sauce) for breakfast and it was delicious! The guy running the place was very chill, welcoming and appreciative of me coming in. Will be back and try others soon!

I visit here every time I'm in Denver. Quality, taste and quantity are all perfect
One pasty keeps me full half the day. Add a cup of drip coffee and it's one of my favorite quick meal spots.

Just stumbled across the place. Nice space with really nice services. The pastry was really good but I thought the filling was lacking flavor, but it couldāve just been what I ordered. Would try it again if I was in the area and I would definitely recommend!

I've walked by the Cherry Creek location a few times and finally tried it today. You can tell they put a lot of care into their craft.
I went for the traditional option, The Miner. It was done exceptionally well ā rich, hearty, and incredibly satisfying. There are other choices as well so there's a future opportunity to try something new and delicious.
The staff are not only fast and friendly but also genuinely take the time to explain the the various sauces that pair perfectly with them. It's clear they're passionate about their products, and that enthusiasm is contagious.
Parking in Cherry Creek can be a bit challenging. I parked a few streets away and walked. However, the quality of the pasty and the warm, welcoming service make it absolutely worth the effort!
