Everything was great only drawback was the main dish menu was limited as to choices. What we had was very good though.
This is our absolutely favorite restaurant in Denver and we go every couple of weeks. The menu changes daily so there are always new Delightful dishes to try. We particularly love the appetizer menu and Matthew may be the most engaging talented bartender we know. get a table at the bar and get to know him.
We sat outdoors on a beautiful evening. It was perfect. We loved the quiet of being outside. Our service was outstanding. I know staff have to work harder to deliver dinners outdoors.
We have been to The Plimouth many times and it's always been great. We had excellent service and food we had was fantastic. This may have been the best pork chop that either of us have ever had. When I reserved the table, I did add that I am gluten free. When I arrived I received a menu that was highlighted with all the foods I could not have. Unfortunately that was more than 80% of the menu. This is the thing I find most disappointing. It does keep us from going more frequently.
Menu, food were fantastic; service was great; the ambiance was OK, although a bit noisy. Will come back possibly at a more quiet time.
The service was fantastic - the food not so much. We ordered three appatizers all of which were too salty to eat ( the pork) or undercooked ( the cornbread).
Amazing food!!! Best chicken I've ever had. Beautiful presentation. Staff were awesome. Can't wait to go back. New favorite restaurant!
Been wanting to try this place for years and was so disappointed. Do people in Denver just not have any context of what good food is? I'm from here but lived in Portland and Los Angeles prior to covid and the quality and value of food restaurants have out here compared to the west coast is abysmal. This place is a perfect example of the overpriced mediocrity that seems so plague every Denver restaurant that's claims they have amazing and delicious food. Total waste of money for flavorless salty food that could never live up to the elaborate menu descriptions they boast.
Always love this restaurant. The corn bread was amazing, seasonal summer salad was delish and charred green beans and chrispy chicken hit the spot.
Food was tasty but nothing truly special or over the top. I feel like for the prices that they were charging, it should be a gastronomic experience instead of just a tasty dinner.

In 2 years, arguably my finest Denver dining experience to date. All dishes were of incredibly high quality and the service was to boot.
From the time we sat down, we had a perfect experience. The Beet Tart cannot be missed, and the Pork Tenderloin was sublime. Our server was amazing and on point. Cant wait to go back.
I recently had dinner with friends on the patio. Great atmosphere and the food was fresh, beautifully prepared and delicious! The service was excellent! The kitchen was very accommodating of my need for gluten free and (cow) dairy free options. We were there for their Rosé fest and I had a delicious sparkling Rosé with my pork tenderloin. Plus they always have a tasty mocktail on the menu. The prices are in line with what I expect for good food in Denver, but not outrageous.
The menu changes as fresh ingredients are available, which is fun for me. I highly recommend!
