Stunningly good, I feel lucky to have it so near to where I live. Limited menu, but consistent, made to order, and delicious.

Ordered the original and the al pastor Sandwich and both were incredible! The salsa that came on the al pastor was fresh and full of flavor, and the meat was seasoned perfectly. There may only be one person working but that doesn't take away from the food or service at all. I will definitely be returning soon and highly recommend for any sandwich lover.

Nice neighborhood place, great porchta. I loved the original, Roman street food style on a delicious ciabatta.

I really don't get the good reviews. This food was disgusting! We had fried mushrooms, the original & the el pastor. By the time we tipped this cost over $50, with no beverages. The mushrooms were extremely overcooked & tasted like they were fried in week old grease. The sandwiches were over salty, greasy & overcooked. I live in the neighborhood, so had high hopes, but after eating this, my husband & I both had nauseating regrets that lasted late into the night. Such a bummer. Service was ok, but we took it to go. No ambiance. I want to support small local businesses, but this was Just disappointing.

We ordered for pickup the Banh Mi. This was truly a OMG bite! All the flavors blended but the meat was out of this world. We'll be back.

Absolutely Amazing better Porchetta than I had in Rome!!! Owner was so kind and everything there was fantastic!

This little gem is tucked in the back of the building across the street from Voodoo donuts. Right when you walk in, you just know it’s gone be good. Seriously, the Chef, A.J., is making food so good I almost don’t want to share. We got the original sandwich and the Al Pastor Chicken Lollipop Wings. The sandwich was divine, the textural combinations between the crispy Porchetta, the arugula, the deliciously soft yet perfectly toasted bread and the peppercorn sauce is to die for. Those lollipop wings were supposed to be a snack for later, they didn’t make it out of Denver. If you’re thinking of trying it, stop thinking and go! So good that it’s worth the 2 hour trip for me!!!

Went on a snowy Saturday night to fuel up before a concert, we were the sole customers. Apparently lunchtime is the busy period.Ordered the original and a bahn mi. Great bread, fresh arugula, sharp pickles, sauces which didn't overpower the crispy, well-seasoned pork. Both sandwiches were more than the sum of their components. We could have crushed another order if we didn't have a prior engagement to attend to.Probably the best meal we had in Denver that weekend, thanks to AJ, the sole owner/proprietor/worker.Discussed the restaurant scenes between PDX and Denver, just a very good start to a Saturday night.(AJ, hope you have a good time in PDX)Sandwiches rival the porchetta sandwich from Lardo. Blasphemy, I know.I'll be back.

I read about this place in 5280 magazine and finally tried it today. Delicious is an understatement! Kind of hard to find but well worth it when you do. We had the original sandwich with fries and fried mushrooms. The spices and bread and meat are crave-able. Can't wait to go back. Well done chef!

It appears I am in the minority on this one as my first visit didn't really come close to delivering much more than 3 stars. I came in at the peak of lunch and it was pretty dead. The location is not bad in of itself, as it is just off Colfax, but the signage is minimal as I drove past it the first time. The inside is simple, a few tables and stacks of catering or to-go paper products. The gentleman who took care of me was polite, not sure if he was the owner or not. I tried the lollipop chicken wings. It is one of the few times the meat itself was perfect (kudos), but the outside and seasoning were a bit off - dry and it had a seasoning that is didn't prefer, but couldn't put my finger on it. The Original sandwich was ok. The kewpie mayo was overly fortified with dill or something similar. There were people in there raving about how often they eat there. I would eat there again, but I am not running out to eat there on a regular basis. The reviews led me to this place and many said order the Banh mi or Al pastor. Next time, I will try one of these.

Excellent. Highly recommend, especially the Banh Mi!

AJ has something special here. Fantastic sandwich - got the Al Pastor, simply mouthwatering. Easily the best sandwich you're going to find in Denver.
