I dined here for lunch last week with a friend. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich with a side of mac and cheese! Loved the meal! The fried chicken was large and crispy with a few amazing pickles (should have asked for more) and the mac and cheese was awesome. Service was prompt and somewhat friendly. Dined around 1pm so there was not a wait or too many people in. Really enjoyed the experience!

Best fried chicken in Colorado. And as an added bonus, your gluten-free loved ones can enjoy most of the menu safely. The chicken is nicely brined and breaded with an abundance of flavor. Always happy to visit Post. Great beers, excellent chicken and sides. I normally head up to louisville but was down south so hit the Sobo location up. Quality from top to bottom and great friendly service.
The food was terrible the coleslaw tasted of pure vinegar and way to much mayo. The margarita was horrible and tasted like the cheapest mix ever. They took forever to seat us when it was empty and they kept messing up our drink order. The food took forever to taste terrible.

Not only do they have a fun, casual, but artful environment, the smells coming out of that kitchen are incredible and it's so hard to choose what to get on the menu. But even better than that is the exceptional service.Everyone from the hostess to the server to the bussers made us feel really special. Thank you for the special attention and honoring my parents' 70th birthdays. I could tell you guys cared and it really meant a lot. You went above and beyond. It's really refreshing to experience in an age of nickel and diming, so you guys know how to do it right and everyone should celebrate their birthdays at the Post!Parking: If the lot is full, there's street parking not too far away.
